In 2010-2011, the specialists from Science and Production Association "RIVS" held the technological audit of Gai Processing Plant and the development of technological regulations on the processing of ores of the current and prospective extraction of Gai deposit. During this audit, there have been held the analysis and estimation of the installed equipment and technological schemes of the main concentration redivisions, on the basis of which, there were defined the main directions of the reconstruction of the processing plant of Gai Mining and Processing Combine, including the following operations: there was developed the rational combination of the existing crushing powers of the main building, as well as the introduced and planned semi-self-crushing complexes to provide the feed size processing of the main bulk flotation and the ore capacities, approved by the prospective mining plan; there was defined the optimal technological scheme of the ore concentration of Gai deposit; there were defined the dimension types of the main flotation and auxiliary equipment and there was developed its optimum arranging scheme; there were formulated the basic modernization directions of the management system by the technological process on the processing plant, including the testing, control and automation of equipment, applied on all departments of the factory. According to the results of the aggregative technical and economic calculation, the payback period of all recommended measures will be 4.5 years. Nowadays, Science and Production Association "RIVS" realizes the reconstruction project of the processing plant of Gai Mining and Processing Combine. At the same time, there is held the assembly of new flotation equipment and the replacement of the worn-out aeration units.

Yubileynoe deposit, which is situated on the eastern slope of South Ural, is one of the prospective sources in Ural region. Science and Production Association "RIVS" held the research works on five technological tests of copper and copper-zinc ores of the deposit. The concentration technology of these ores was developed and successfully mastered after the research of ore material composition and release of minerals. The copper concentrate (20% of copper with the extraction of 90.2 %) was obtained according to the developed concentration technology of the deposit copper ores, containing 2.95% of copper and 0,49 % of zinc. The copper concentrate (17.9 % of copper with the extraction of 87.7 %), and zinc concentrate (52.2 % of zinc with the extraction of 69.9 %) were obtained from the copper-zinc ores, which contain 2.82 % of copper and 3.09 % of zinc. The developed technological regulations on the concentration of copper and copper-zinc ores of the deposit are the basis of the feasibility study. These regulations were used for the preparation of the equipment design of new Khaibiullin processing plant, using the equipment of Science and Production Association "RIVS": the flotation machines RIF 25, RIF 8,5, and the contact agitators KCh-100 (100). The productivity of new enterprise for the initial phase is estimated for 1.5 mln. t of ore per year. Nowadays, there is being planned the startup of the second line, which makes it possible to increase the productivity twice, and, at the same time, to process the copper and copper-zinc ores. The laboratory researches and updating into the developed technological scheme were held on the currently extracted ores. According to the research results, the copper concentrate (20.24 % of copper with the extraction of 88.8 %) and zinc concentrate (49.68 % of zinc with the extraction of 68.9 %) were obtained from the currently extracted copper-zinc ores, which contain 2.45 % of copper and 1.61 % of zinc.

One of activities of Scientific and Production Association "RIVS" is collaboration with foreign enterprises. Carmen Copper Corporation includes the Carmen concentrator, which was set in operation in the period of 1977- 1978. The project capacity of this concentration plant is 14 mln. t of ore per year. Nowadays, the concentration plant processes the copperporphyric molybdenum-containing ore with obtaining of copper and magnetite concentrates. For the purpose of definition of the principal possibility of obtaining of molybdenum concentrate, the specialists from Scientific and Production Association "RIVS", together with the specialists from the enterprise's laboratory carried out the laboratory researches on the enterprise's products (I and III copper repurification concentrates). The classic technology of copper ores concentration foresees the bulk copper-molybdenum flotation with following selection. According to this, flotation concentration technology, applied on the Carmen enterprise, was initially oriented on obtaining of copper concentrate. As a result, the task of extraction of molybdenite from the copper concentrate is connected with certain difficulties. First of all, the main difficulty is a high value of PH in the bulk cycle (to 11-11.5) as indispensable condition of reaching of acceptable performances on the copper content in marketable concentrate. The second difficulty is the necessity of usage of high-selective collectors in the copper cycle, according to the copper minerals. The technology, developed by the specialists from Scientific and Production Association "RIVS" makes it possible to obtain the additional marketable product - molybdenum concentrate. © Arustamyan K. The concentration plant of Erdenet Mining Corporation (Mongolia) has been successfully exploiting the two-stage scheme of concentration of copper-molybdenum ores during 30 years. This scheme includes three consecutive stages: bulk cycle, finishing cycle and molybdenum cycle. Considering the manufacturing reconstruction process, one of landmark components is the formation of technological schemes with the following substantiation of the scheme of apparatuses' series. The task for the operating manufactures became more complex, because of the necessity of adaptation of the developed scheme of apparatuses' series to the existing production spaces. For example, the schemes of apparatuses' series are considerably rigid structures, created for the specific type of supplied raw materials. At the same time, increasing of productivity of existing enterprises foreordains the involving of ores, supplied from various parts of ore body, into the synchronous processing. These ores differ by the content of mineral resources, ratio of primary and secondary minerals, oxidation level, slags content, etc. All these factors provide the creation reasonability of schemes with increased technological flexibility, which makes possible rather efficient responding on the changing of properties of the delivered raw materials. © Ganbaatar Z., Nazarov Yu. There is studied the possibility of gold extraction with ore processing, using the gravitation method. On the basis of received results, there was made a conclusion about the reasonability of application of gravitation technology of gold extraction in ore grinding cycles. According to this, it will be possible to decrease the losses of metal with the dump waste concentration products, by discharging of the basic mass of free hydraulic sized gold into the independent marketable concentrate. Equipment of Scientific and Production Association "RIVS" was applied during the research process. This equipment is unique and has no analogues in the global practice. Nowadays, the reconstruction project of the flotation operation part of Nikolaevsk concentration plant is being carried out for the developed technology. Realization of this project takes place with installation of equipment of Scientific and Production Association "RIVS" and increasing of factory's productivity. © Shumskaya E. N., Soloveva L.
