Petri net has rigorous mathematic bases. It can not only express the static function and structure of the system, but also represent its dynamic behavior. It is competent for the realization of arithmetic owing to its ratiocinative characteristic of cause and effect. The factors of an intricate system are multitudinous and the hierarchy is complex. It is not easy to grasp the relations between the factors well and truly. The arithmetic of the influence diagram analysis based on ISM was investigated and it was realized by Petri net. In this way, people and computer could interact and the multi-factor influence could be analyzed objectively and canonically. The rationality of the exploratory space influences the analytical dimensions and the validity of the conclusion. Sometimes the exploratory factors are not independently and there are some logistic causalities among them. It is inaptitude to consider all the factors synchronously and to do the exploratory analysis simply. The expository hierarchy of the exploratory factors should be analyzed firstly. Starting at the construction of the exploratory space of the rock-bottom factors, the exploratory space of the mid factors was acquired step by step. In this way, the exploratory logistic rationality can be ensured and the exploratory process can be optimized. The detailed realization process of exploratory analysis in system modeling and simulation was proposed by an example. Source
