The invention proposes a unipartite support module (1), produced from a sheet steel blank by punching and bending techniques, for an OHC valve drive of an internal combustion engine, having two upright supporting walls (2) which are spaced apart from one another and which are connectable, at the top ends (3) thereof, to a cylinder head cover and, at the bottom ends (4) thereof, to a cylinder head and which have in each case at least one main and secondary bore (5, 6) for the mounting of a camshaft and valve actuating lever shaft (7, 8, 9) between said supporting walls, wherein each supporting wall (2) is composed of two supporting plates (10, 11) which are integrally connected either at the top or bottom ends (3, 4) by a transverse wall (12), and wherein opposite inner supporting plates (11) are connected by a transverse plate (13) which runs on a side opposite the transverse walls (12).


Disclosed is a spindle-type actuator (1) for a distance-controlled adjustment device, comprising a spindle shaft (3), a spindle nut (5), a drive pinion (6), a drive pawl, a receptacle for the spindle shaft, and a transmission element for transmitting a translational movement of the spindle nut to an adjustment ring which can be twisted about an axis of rotation running transversely to the spindle shaft. In order to simplify assembly and optimize the clutch components, a tie rod (16) of the appropriately disposed transmission element (10) is placed in a recess (2) in the adjustment ring (12) and interlocks therewith. This dispenses with the need to join the transmission element or secure same in any other manner, while ensuring that the connection resists centrifugal forces. In addition, various components of the clutch are simplified.
