The present study was carried out in order to investigate and show the influence level of the culture programs on the individual and social behavior of the elementary school students of BOJNURD city. This is a quasi-experimental study containing two groups; the experimental group and the control group. The statistical population of this study are all the students of fifth grade in the school year 90-91 of Bojnoord city. Firstly, the fifth grade students two schools were randomly chosen among the schools of Bojnoord in a way that 100 student s of the sample in question were from these two schools. Without knowing the scores of their last years, were randomly assigned to a group of 50 people to as experimental group and another group of 50 people as the control group. In this study, the researcher made questionnaire with a four-choices scale to measure personal and social behavior of students was used. And the validity of the questionnaire was obtained in using alpha Krenbakh 0.83. Data analysis was performed in two levels; Illative and Descriptive statistics. For the Descriptive (Applied) statistics level, Frequency and variance indicators, standard deviation and for the Illative statistics level the t-student test, Kolmogrov Smirnov, repeated measures design of Mauchly's test of Sphericity were used. The current research was conducted in year 1392 to evaluate the level of influence of the organizational justice on the organizational health of the employees of National Education Administration of North Khorasan.The main hypothesis of this study is to determine the relationship between the organizational justice and the organizational health of the employees. The statistic population studied in this research included all employees of the Department of Education, North Khorasan, the number of people was 204. Based on Morgan table and using the random sampling a class of 141 people was selected as sample group. Method description is kind of solidarity. The measuring tools wee the standard aquestionnaires of organizational justice test of Nihof-Morman and of realized organizational health research. Researcher to determine the validity of both questionnaires, has benefited from the experiences of the professors and professionals of educational management and for making sure about the reliability he has used the Cronbach's Alfa formula on organizational justice 87/ 58 and the Organizational Health Questionnaire 84/50, respectively. Library and field studies were used for data collection and data analysis, and the data analysis was including descriptive statistics and regression testing. Results showed that there was relationship there between organizational justice and organizational health with the probability of 95%. Also the sub- results of the research show that there is relationship there between the components of distributive justice, procedural and interactive components with the organizational health level. © 2014 AENSI Publisher All rights reserved. Introduction Springs are among important fresh water resources and maintaining and improvement, and data collection about chemical parameters of them are necessary to the proper management of them. The aim of this study is to determine the best interpolation method to achieve spatial and quaiity distribution of springs from point view (TDS) and PH in Mirdeh Watershed, north west of Kurdistan province. Materials and methods Mirdeh watershed with an area of about 381.61 Km2 is one of Zarrineh Rood sub-watersheds located in south of Saghez city in Kurdistan, Iran (Figure 1). In this study, 268 springs out of total 904 springs of the whole watershed were selected randomly. Field sampling collections were carried out in summer and autumn seasons. Electrical conductivity and PH of springs were determined and geographical coordinate location of each spring with the help of GPS was registered, simultaneously. Results The values of training and testing springs TDS in logarithmic and non logarithmic status are shown in table 1. Also, pH of training and test springs are shown in table 2. Source

This article explains the recent evolution of Condition Database Application Service. The Condition Database Application Service is part of the condition database system of the CMS experiment, and it is used for handling and monitoring the CMS detector condition data, and the corresponding computing resources like Oracle Databases, storage service and network devices. We deployed a service, the offline Dropbox service, that will be used by Alignment and Calibration Group in order to upload from the offline network (GPN) the calibration constants produced by running offline analysis. © 2010 by World Scientific Publishing Co. This research intends to find the relationship between coaches' leadership styles with Group cohesion and satisfaction in Futsal First League of Mazandaran province's players. The research is descriptive, scaling and the field research was conducted for collecting data. 240 players and coaching staff in the 19 teams of Futsal First League of Mazandaran province filled demographic questionnaire, the scale of leadership in sport (LSS) and the group Questionnaire (GEQ). The reliability of the questionnaires was calculated by Cronbach's alpha coefficients. The reliability of scale of leadership in sport questionnaire is 0.86, the Group cohesion questionnaire was 0.76 and the coach's satisfaction questionnaire was 0.71. Smirnov test, Friedman test was used as statistical methods and SPSS and LISREL were the software that used in this study. Results showed that there is a significant positive relationship between the coach of training and exercising behaviors and group cohesion in a democratic manner. The rating of leadership styles has proven that coaches use a democratic style more and it has the highest feedback satisfaction of coaches. Findings show that there is a significant relationship between leadership styles (except imperative leadership style) with the satisfaction. In summary, the effects of coaching behaviors on group cohesion and team's satisfaction shows the importance of using appropriate leadership styles. © 2014 AENSI Publisher All rights reserved.
