This article summarizes the experience that was obtained in hydraulic fracturing of high viscosity oil reservoir in the Samara region. As a result of fracturing operations conducted there was wells productivity multiplication. During operations preparation the analysis of world experience of similar reservoirs stimulation works was hold and fracturing technology was offered taking into account the Samara region geological features. Except the fracturing technology modification this article touches upon the wells workover after stimulation. Also the results of laboratory testing of the core mechanical properties and proppant pack retained conductivity are analyzed.

While evaluating the water injection process into reservoir for reservoir pressure maintenance purposes at the oil fields of the Volga-Urals Oil Province, SamaraNIPIneft C Institute observes the industry requirements stipulated in OST 39-225-88 with due consideration of previously published proposals of the author of the Report on revision of his ideas related to oil content, solids and oxygen in the injected water, restricting values of hydrogen index (pH). Basing upon the example of Samaraneftegaz JSC fields we are presenting a method to select the water injected into the reservoir that is most acceptable from the stand-point of its chemical stability by carbonates and sulfates in surface and reservoir conditions, that do not impact upon the reservoir properties of rock, and in case with clayey reservoirs provide only minimum swelling of its clay components.

Oil reserves of Volga-Ural oil province are sufficiently depleted at present time. Particularly, degree of initial oil reserves depletion of Samaraneftegaz JSC now exceeds 70%. In such conditions the process of Company resource base replenishment becomes very important. This process can be conducted as by purchasing of new license areas, so as by the search of so-called "missed" reservoirs and additional exploration program on developed fields. This article describes the discovery of oil-bearing reservoirs in carbonate reefs of Famennian stage on the territory of Samara region and also the prospective of analogous reservoirs discovery in the region. Additionally the main principles of search program are described and the main results of search for the oil fields of Samaraneftegaz JSC in the 1-st quarter of 2013 are provided.

The paper presents the experience in performing the MOGT-3D seismic and exploration jobs on an industrial scale using the Slip-Sweep method. It was illustrated that the application of this method exceeds the classical seismic study by the parameters like tine to perform the jobs, information content in the materials obtained in challenging seismic/geological and surface conditions. Slip-Sweep method was initially applied on a commercial (for 455 sq. km) and not a test mode at the Russian territory. Considering the fact that the performance of these jobs became possible in the conditions with highly-developed infrastructure, in the areas with high forest coverage, at the agricultural lands with numerous rivers and cross-country terrain the authors consider that the performance of these jobs based upon Sleep-Sweep method is perspective also for other Russian regions.

The paper describes the experience in comprehensive designing of Samaraneftegaz JSC oil fields starting from the integrated project for one field till the arrangement of a single unified model of the reservoir and field construction, including more than a thousand of as well field development objects and hundreds of elements of diversified surface infrastructure network. It is also illustrated that the regional integrated models may serves a reliable basis for short-term and long-term hydrocarbon production predict both for oil and gas companies and for state authorities.

Considered ore two types of data: the results of tracer studies and thermographic analysis of any type core material. Including offgrade one. The models modification method, which advantage is no need to change the geologic structure due to adapting the development history of the object by means of adequate permeability field change. Is suggested. It is noted, that the application of the proposed method allows to maintain the filtration models in an adequate state with use of whole necessary spectrum of research, executed at the facility.

The paper considers the method of hydraulic calculations in horizontal and inclined pipelines actually applied within the frames of regional integrated modeling, as well as in boreholes of production and injection wells. The authors have performed the comparison of the results achieved using this method with the analogous results achieved using Pipesim software. The average di screpancy between the input data in both software makes less than 1%. Basing upon the example of Samaraneftegaz JSC it was illustrated that the speed of calculations using this applied method is 20 times higher than the speed of analogous calculations through Pipesim 2003, that opens new possibilities in automated solution of optimization targets within the production company (search of optimum network lengths, selection of pipe diameters, connection of new wells and licensed areas).
