On the basis of liquid glass, modified with sodium chloride and coal conversion waste produced during the enrichment of coking coal obtained heat-insulating material, without the use of traditional natural materials. Production of insulation materials one of the most material-intensive sectors of the economy, so the rational use of fuel, raw materials and other material resources becomes a decisive factor in its successful development in the conditions of ongoing economic reforms.The compositions of the developed compositions and methods of producing porous filler, the authors of this article obtained three patents of the Russian Federation. The use of waste fuel and energy complex coal conversion waste generated during beneficiation of coking coal in the production of insulating materials contributes to: a) recycling of industrial waste; b) environment; c) expansion of raw materials base for production of ceramic building materials. © V.Z. The expediency is demonstrated of using ferrous metallurgy calcium-containing waste as a diluent and flux, and as a clay component, i.e., inter-shale clay (shale oil recovery waste) for reducing brick raw material drying time. The use of this waste in ceramic brick production makes it possible to conserve natural raw material, to reduce the amount of industrial waste, and to reduce environmental contamination. In addition, this usage leads to a reduction in final product cost, provides an alternative raw material for ceramic brick production, conserves unrecoverable resources, and reduces energy requirements. © 2017 Springer Science+Business Media New York

The paper is devoted to the study of a boundary-value problem for an equation of mixed type with generalized operators of fractional differentiation in boundary conditions. We prove uniqueness of solutions under some restrictions on the known functions and on the different orders of the operators of generalized fractional differentiation appearing in the boundary conditions. Existence of solutions is proved by reduction to a Fredholm equation of the second kind, for which solvability follows from the uniqueness of the solution of our original problem. © 2016 by De Gruyter.

The relevance of the investigated problem is caused by the necessity of changes in holding company’s management systems to address the strategic problems of the region. The urgency of the problem under investigation due to the fact that in most municipal districts with a deficit of financial and other resources are troubled almost all areas of museum activity. The article focused on the study of factor socioeconomic relations of municipal museums. The leading method to the study of this problem is the correlation and regression analysis, allowing to identify the linkages in the form of statistical regularities. On the basis of the study concluded that the indicators of social efficiency of municipal museums play the most prominent role in shaping the performance of museum activities in the municipalities of the Samara region. Use in ceramic mixes of aluminum-containing waste containing more than 50% Al2O3 facilitates formation of α-Al2O3 and mullite, which improves object physicomechanical and chemical properties. Use of aluminum-containing waste containing less than 30% Al2O3 does not facilitate formation of α-Al2O3 but promotes mullite formation. Cristobalite does not form with use of aluminum-containing waste with an increased amount of alkali (R2O > 11%), and this has an unfavorable effect on ceramic composite material physicomechanical indices. © 2015 Springer Science+Business Media New York

A dependence is established for acid-resistant material pore structure on firing temperature and gas parameters. It is expedient to fire acid-resistant materials up to 1100°C in an oxidizing atmosphere, and at 1100 – 1200°C in a reducing atmosphere. The article considers the need of ensuring the sustainable development of organizations in the unstable external environment; financial sustainability which is understood as the optimal structure of funding sources of a business entity is proved to be the most significant factor of sustainable development. The article proves that the index of financial leverage influences the enterprises capital structure which also has a great impact on financial sustainability of Russian organization. The index of financial leverage was analyzed according to the European approach and taking into account such indicators as differential of financial leverage and financial leverage shoulder which are proved to be the most significant in capital structure management for Russian production companies under the circumstances when financial resources become more and more expensive. The research work was done on the basis of financial analysis of one of the biggest Russian automobile company representing the main trends for the whole industry so it may be classified as a case. © 2016 Ashmarina, Zotova and Smolina.
