Describes the results of work in the field of visual identification of the user using the application system. The detailed description of the structure of the system, its interface and painted the algorithm of the system, providing visual identification of the human face. In the basis of the presented algorithm in system identification LBPH, which is currently the most advanced in the field of two-dimensional identification of a facial image. Presented designed the class diagram of the system developed. Described algorithms of the system operation in the storage mode of the object and in the identification mode. Based on the developed class hierarchy and algorithms of the system was written in code in the programming language C ++. As a result, presented an application that creates a collection of training samples from a set of visual images of the object being initialized, and also produces the training of the machine learning algorithm and performs the visual identification of a person based on the vector model obtained by machine learning.

By metallography and optical interferometry methods, the structure of 09G2S steel cutting seams fabricated with the use of narrow jet plasma technology is analyzed. The high quality of the seams allows welding without the removal of the heat-affected zones. The application of the new narrow jet plasma cutting technology provides high-quality welding seams, high efficiency of the process, and low energy consumption. © 2017, Pleiades Publishing, Ltd.

The possibility of increasing overload capability and reducing power loss in a frequency-controlled synchronous electric drive operating in a continuous periodic mode is considered. A definition of a “continuous periodic mode” is given. A functional diagram of vector control system of synchronous electric drive is presented. The statement of a problem in the study of electric drives is formulated. A modeling method of a synchronous electric drive making it possible to recognize the maximum loads upon heating of a synchronous motor is described. Results of computer modeling of the continuous periodic operational mode of a salient pole motor with continuous and optimal regulation of armature magnetic flux are presented. The resource of synchronous motor is determined on the basis of the criterion of motor torque allowable upon heating. A comparative analysis of power loss of synchronous motor in the continuous periodic mode with continuous and optimal regulation of armature magnetic flux is carried out. The conclusion is drawn that the use of optimal regulation of armature magnetic flux in vector control systems of synchronous electric drives operating in continuous periodic mode is efficient. © 2016, Allerton Press, Inc.

The electronic band structure of the solid solution Eu1–xFexO (x = 0.0625, 0.125) involved in the composition of the spintronic composite EuO: Fe has been calculated using the full-potential linearized augmented- plane-wave (FLAPW) method. The calculations have been performed with the correction of the exchange–correlation potential in the framework of the generalized gradient approximation (GGA + U). It has been shown that iron and europium cations have the oxidation state close to 2+. In this case, the iron cations are in the high-spin state with the magnetic moment close to 4 μB, which explains the significant increase in the Curie temperature of the composite upon doping of EuO with iron. It has been demonstrated that there is a small transfer of the electron density from Eu2+ cations to Fe2+ cations. It has been argued that the main factor providing a high concentration of Eu3+ cations in the composite is, probably, the presence of Eu2O3 nanoclusters in the structure. © 2015, Pleiades Publishing, Ltd.

The temperature and concentration dependences of the electrical resistivity π and thermal diffusivity a of Co-Cr alloys have been studied at temperatures of 400-1600 K. It has been shown that, as the temperature increases, the specific features of the electrical properties of the alloys are mainly determined by phonon scattering of carriers, and the character of the polytherms and concentration dependences is determined by the multiband scattering mechanism. © 2011 Pleiades Publishing, Ltd.

Purpose. To study the possibility of the innovation activity of educational institutions development control based on the principles of network cooperation. Methodology. Theoretical methods: socio-historical analysis, and theoretical-methodological analysis, and modeling. Empirical methods: research and synthesis of experience of effective application of network-based approach, experiment, observation, surveys, and expert evaluation. Findings. The theoretical basis of the control of knowledge generation medium in the research and education network was synthesized from evolutionary economic theory, anthropological approach to the educational innovations management, an approach based on knowledge, synergistic and optimization approaches. Common resources, investments and processes of knowledge distribution were considered the main competitive advantages of the network. System cooperation of members of the network results into creation of collective intellectual property. The possibility of effective use of the "cloud" strategy for the research and education network development was shown. Originality. The notion of "research and education network" was specified and understood as a dynamic set of interrelated agents representing the scientific, educational, social, cultural institutions (their units, creative teams), as well as elements of the innovation infrastructure and industry stakeholders. Innovationactive network of educational institutions was considered a virtual organization performing innovative projects at a high level of coordination and integration of goals and all kinds of resources which can be achieved through the internal information space creation. Practical value. Introduction of the results obtained into educational practice can improve the effectiveness of innovative development of the organizations involved in the network cooperation.

The purpose of the research presented in the article is to identify the phenomenon and necessity of the university graduates to be allocated with signs of corporate identity. The concept is useful to consider the features of transition of the Russian higher education institutions to market conditions according to the recommendation of the Bologna process and successfulness of university graduates. The concept of adornment of all graduates of RSVPU by psychological and pedagogical competences is described in the context of vocational pedagogy. Special purposes, subjects, objects and methods of vocational pedagogy as a science and in what it differs from general pedagogy are discussed in the report. It is shown that the vocational pedagogy is a universal pedagogical science of the laws of formation and development of competence-based personality within the vocational and educational relations. Multistage system of training and retraining in the field of engineering pedagogical education created in RSVPU is described as a special case. This system includes Bachelor degree, Master's degree, program of professional retraining, and IGIP training program. © 2015 IEEE.
