This paper studies the problem of demographic security of Russian society through the prism of problems of functioning of the modern family, in the space of which there are significant changes, which have a direct impact on the demographic behaviour of the family. This category - the demographic behaviour of the family - is the key in the research methodology proposed by the authors, the methodology of studying the demographic development of the society in the context of the determining influence of the family institution. The author‟s methodological construct allows revealing the mechanism of family evolution in the society, which is in the phase of changing such family forms as: traditional, transformational and modern. At this stage in the Russian society, the dominant family type and, consequently, the type of demographic behaviour of the family, is transformational. This acts as a source of negative trends in the development of demographic sphere of society, as well as a threat to demographic security of Russia. The authors link Russia‟s withdrawal from the demographic crisis to the institutionalization of the modern type of family‟s demographic behaviour as dominant in the society, being associated with the „quality‟ of family‟s relationships and spiritual well-being of the family. © 2015, Ecozone, OAIMDD. This article deals with the traditions, archetypes, and specifics of Russian ethnic culture responsible for the priorities, values, and trends of legal policy in the economy and business activity. Convinced that state-building should take into account the traditional values of a non-liberal state, the authors turned to methods of philosophical-legal analysis of legal reality, the philosophy of religion and contemporary criminology, and the latest achievements of psychology, legal axiology, and anthropology in their research. Throughout their history, Russians have demonstrated that they can be successful in economic policy and the business sphere; this means that the Russian state should develop in line with the values of Russian ethnic culture and rely on its potential and traditions. The history of Russia, and the history of law in Russia as its part, is closely related to Orthodox culture (the Soviet period, a product of folk ideas about the common social ideals and values, was no exception). This means that Russians belong to a very specific political and legal tradition and legal culture. We regret to point out that contemporary legal science does not take the above into account; instead, it consistently destroys the archetypes and values of Russia’s legal culture, which should be safeguarded amid the rising threat of all-out commercialization of the law and deliberate creation of a global society of consumerism and “rational egoism.” The latest methodological achievements of branch legal sciences confirm that the theoretical conclusions of outstanding figures of the historical school of jurisprudence (Savigny, Hugo, Puchta, and Montesquieu’s On the Spirit of the Laws) were absolutely correct and that each lawyer should bear in mind that law making and law enforcement must correlate with the mentality, spirit, and traditions of the nation. There are no universal values common to the whole of mankind, however the destruction of religious traditions undermines legal consciousness and the moral basis of law in essentially every society, even though the understanding of law is limited to the civilizational and cultural framework of language and mentality. © 2016, CA and CC Press AB. The purpose of the research is to develop approaches to organization of protected data processing center during creation of informational and analytical system of logistic support for life cycle of complex items. Methods of adaptation of resources of data processing center to real conditions of its functioning are offered. Peculiarities of adaptation of the system of protection, processor nodes, time characteristics of functioning of data processing center and algorithm of its work with the method of consecutive configuring are viewed. It is shown that the offered methods of adaptation solve the problem of organization of protected data processing center of integrated logistic support in a way, so computer resources and capacities are integrated and provided to members of life cycles of complex items as a single service, in the form of informational and analytical system, modified to specific requirements of user. The offered methodology of calculation of processor modes allows calculating the required number of processor nodes and significantly reducing expenditures in the process of organization of infrastructure of informational system. Analysis of structure realized by data processing center shows that it is possible to generate variants of their realization with determination of probability of their execution over a certain period. Evaluation of quality of configuring of data processing center is time period of stabilization of system during setting and configuring, which consists in number of errors sum approaching the set constant. © Research India Publications.

This is a survey of results of the Rostov-on-Don team on the deformed martingales of the 1st and the 2nd kind, Haar interpolations of martingales and their applications. First of all we give discrete-parameter versions of representation theorems and of optional sampling theorems for deformed martingales. Then we discribe Haar interpolation techniques for statical processes. And in the end we explane how complete deformed systems can be investigated with the help of Haar interpolations. © 2016 IEEE.
