The use of a titanium body for manufacture of rotating anodes of diagnostic X-ray tubes is suggested. The results of metallographic analysis of a composite anode made of titanium, molybdenum, and tungsten are discussed. Titanium is demonstrated to be the optimal material of the anode body. An experimental comparative study of the efficiency of three methods for measurement of the resolution of digital radiographic systems is described. An algorithm for subpixel angular projection was constructed. This algorithm allows the resolution of X-ray camera and test object to be measured using a narrow slit and sharp edge.
