The main types of drill perforators are considered. The processes of preparation, risk analysis and results of test of the damage minimizing method of secondary reservoir opening - deep-penetration drill perforation, tests of which were executed within the framework of a System of new technologies of Rosneft Rosneft OH Company In 2010, are described. Examples showing the advantages of damage-minimizing deep-penetration perforation before blasting ways of opening are given. The applicability matrix is constructed.

The paper attempts to generalize the results of reservoir hydraulic fracturing operations (HFO) aimed at recommissioning inactive wells on a number of oil fields operated by RN-Purneftegaz LLC. Criteria for selecting candidate wells are proposed, and the results of the implemented operations are analyzed. Practical recommendations on running HFO on inactive wells are given.

It drops toxic discharge Into the atmosphere. Associated oil gas treatment unit is block-modular automated construction of maximum manufacture, tested and set for operating parameters. It reduces costs of the site, bringing into service and construction terms.

The goal of present study was to develop and test a new algorithm to selection proper artificial lift method for heavy oil production with sand control. We developed a Matrix of technologies for such oilfields using operating experience worldwide. For selected methods we defined production characteristics using Technology Application Template - a special tool which determines the most profitable artificial lift system based on net present value criteria. Solutions were implemented in North Komsomolskoe field located in Western Siberian basin. Before performing calculations we defined the following: ■ Oilfield characteristics ■ Well parameters ■ Limitations of artificial lift methods ■ Operational expenses for each artificial lift method Recommended methods were tested on vertical wells of North-Komsomolskoe oilfield pilot area and on remote horizontal well in the north part of the field. The highest rate was reached using progressing cavity pump on horizontal well. On vertical wells of pilot low productivity area gaslift and hydraulic jet pump (which are economicaly efficient) have been successfully tested. A mechanism for the introduction of new technologies In the sphere of repair and insulating work In Rosneft OH Company by the example of RN-Purneftegaz LLC is considered. It is shown that for the application of new technologies of repair and Insulating works within the limits of operating New Technologies System a package of technological and organizational measures. Including establishing a working group, in which representatives from various departments and divisions are included, developing the schemes of interaction between the structural subdivisions of society, preparing methodical materials, execution of training of specialists, was developed and introduced in RN-Purneftegaz LLC. Presented are prospective lines of repair and insulating works technologies testing: an increase in production string drift diameter during the liquidation of its nonhermeticity with mechanical means, to improve the quality of work to eliminate the behind-the-casing circulation in thin bridges, the selective isolation of watered layers are presented. The results of the fulfilled works are given.
