Objective: To solve the anti-reflux problem of lower esophageal surgery for esophageal cancer and to analyze the effect of unequal adhesive stoma bag cover by reconstruction. Methods: The 256 cases of esophageal cancer in the experimantal group (A group) were treated with self-adhesive bag cover unequal anti-reflux anastomosis. The 240 cases of esophageal cancer in the control group (B group) did not receive anti-reflux embeding management. The antireflux effect was compared between the two groups. Results: Unequal adhesive cover package embedding anastomosis rebuilt the small stomach fundus. Esophagogastrostomy with intrathoracic anastomosis prevented reflux better than than a simple match anastomosis. Ridit analysis showed that the anti-reflux effect was significantly different between the two groups (P< 0.01). Conclusions: Self-adhesive bag cover unequal embedding anastomosis can rebuild a small gastric fundus. Intrathoracic esophagogastric anastomosis is effective for preventing gastroesophageal reflux after surgery for esophageal cancer. Reflux of the anastomosis.
