In order to obtain better intrusion detection results, this paper designs a network intrusion detection algorithm by using combination optimizing features and classifier parameters. A mathematical model of combinatorial optimization is set up based on the features and parameters of classifier influence on intrusion detection results respectively. A biogeography-based optimization algorithm is adopted to simulate migration process of species inhabitancy to find the optimal solution of mathematical model and obtain the optimal features and classifier parameters. Standard intrusion detection-KDD Cup 99 data sets are used to test feasibility and superiority. The results show that the proposed algorithm can make mine relation between features and classifier parameters to improve intrusion detection rate and that the execution speed can meet the real-time requirements of intrusion detection. © 2017, Editorial Department of Journal of Nanjing University of Science and Technology. Herein, a very simple, label-free and highly sensitive electrochemical aptasensor for lysozyme detection based on the amplification of tetrahexahedral Au nanocrystals (THH Au NCs) was developed, in which anti-lysozyme aptamers, as the recognition element, were immobilized on a THH Au NCs/glassy carbon electrode (GCE) by means of self assembly, and redox cations [Ru(NH 3)6]3+(RuHex), as the redox probe, bound to the surface via electrostatic interactions with the DNA phosphate backbone. In the presence of lysozyme, the square-wave voltammetry (SWV) response of the surface-bound RuHex changed substantially. The SWV peak current decreased with an increasing concentration of lysozyme. With Au NC modification, the plot of signal suppression against the logarithm of lysozyme concentration increased. A lower detection limit of 0.1 pM was linear over the range from 0.1 pM to 10 nM with a lower detection limit of 0.1 pM. The aptasensor also presented a high specificity for lysozyme, which was not affected by the coexistence of other proteins. This journal is © The Royal Society of Chemistry 2013.

Here we have demonstrated a signal-off architecture for electrochemical aptasensor to detect lysozyme at trace-level. The DNA duplex in which one strand was covalently attached with thiol and the other was tagged with Ferrocene as sensing element. In the absence of target, the DNA duplex was free to collide with the gold electrode surface, the introduction of target lysozyme induced the signal strand to be denatured and released off into the solution. The signals were determined by the square wave voltammograms and were linear with the concentration of lysozyme in the range from 7 nM to 30 nM, with a detection limit of 0.45 nM. The fabricated aptasensor shows a high sensitivity, good selectivity and satisfactory stability. © 2013 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.

A one-step electrochemical sensor for sensing of potassium ion (K +) based on the conformational change of a single stranded DNA (ssDNA) with G-rich sequence was presented. The introduction of K+ induced folding of the aptamer, and the Fc moiety approached the electrode surface to produce measurable electrochemical signals. The aptasensor had a lower detection limit at 0.1 nM, which was an excellent sensitivity compared with other methods for K+ detection. The proposed approach showed high selectivity and minimized the nonspecific adsorption, so that it was used for the detection of target K+ in the human serum sample. © 2013 Elsevier B.V. When the mole ratio of reactant is n(CuSO4):n(N 2H4):n(NaOH) = 1:3:12 with addition of the complexing agent EDTA and dispersing agent, the spherical ultrafine copper powder was prepared with N2H4 reducing CuSO4 and was used in heat transfer oil as conductive additives. The as-prepared copper powder was characterized by X-Ray Diffraction (XRD), Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM), granularity distribution, dispersion stability and thermal conductivity. The results showed the copper powder with an average diameter of ca. 220 nm, satisfying dispersion and stability, higher thermal conductivity applied in heat transfer oil. © 2014 Taylor & Francis Group, London.

Most Current researches about the police adaptive wireless communication are concentrated on the area of the time-invariant channel model, which is not fit to the requirement of police application. This paper designed an time-variant ISI channel model, according to the characteristics of police wireless communication. And analyzed the performance of the LMS and the RLS algorithms in DFE structure adaptive equalizers, under the time-variant ISI channel model. In this paper, the development and analysis of Police Location System by GPRS wireless communication are researched, a new Distribute Police Location System which adopts the method that transmits data algorithm is WMMP(wireless machine management protocol) is designed. The packet loss rate of the system can be controlled very well, thus, a better efficiency is achieved. The Police Location System is composed of locating terminal and software with GIS and E-Map. The location system for police establishes a IDs network for policemen, who is out for emergency, it can ensure the safety of policemen and supply surveillances for the policemen during their mission. Functional foods are part of the continuum of products that individuals may consume to increase their health and/or contribute to reducing their disease burden. By these networks one can calculate various parameters to quantitatively characterize the complex and nonlinear physiological effects of wireless communication network and the metabolic networks formed around the central metabolic pathways in vivo.
