The main challenge of spectral clustering is to capture the complex intrinsic relation structure embedded in feature space. The embedded data structure is usually nonlinear. Here, the original feature space is first projected onto its kernelized feature space in order to handle the nonlinear data structure problem. Sparse representation is used to capture the intrinsic pairwise similarity relations. Under the graph embedding framework, the feature dimensionality is reduced. Finally, clustering is performed on the low-dimensional space. The proposed kernelized sparse spectral clustering method (KSCluster) can effectively discover the intrinsic nonlinear pairwise relations of kernelized feature space with sparse representation under the graph embedding framework. The comparison experiments for document clustering demonstrate its effectiveness. © 2015, ICIC International.

Three new genera and three new species in the tribe Colomerini of the Eriophyidae (Acari: Eriophyoidea) from China's Hainan Island are described and illustrated. They are Paraisoannulus machiles gen. nov. and sp. nov. on Machilus gamblei King ex Hook. f. (Lauraceae), Pentacecidophyes xinglongis gen. nov. and sp. nov. on Litchi chinensis Sonn. (Sapindaceae) and Paracaridilophus retusus gen. nov. and sp. nov. on Fissistigma retusum (Lévl.) Rehd. (Annonaceae). All the new species described herein are vagrants on their respective host plant. In the big data era, due to the disadvantages of traditional PHP Programming teaching, the author thinks that the teacher's teaching method should be improved. The improvement strategies are as follows: Step 1: collection and analysis of data before teaching - before teaching, the teacher should firstly know about students' mastery of leading courses, Step 2: analysis and prediction of students' learning behavior during teaching - the teacher can update his teaching schedule and strategies by analyzing the data from teaching platform, Step 3: Evaluation of students' learning after teaching - the teacher can offer guidance individually so as to teach students according to their aptitude. The kind of data collection, data analysis, experience summary and intensive training process is also a process of improving students' learning efficiency and teachers' professional competence. According to the feedback from students, the new teaching method produces a remarkable effect and those graduates who go in for website development have been highly thought of by employing units. © 2015 IEEE.

As a new branch of natural computing, membrane computing has received increasing attention. The hierarchical and parallel structure of P system provides benefits for the resolving of optimization problems. In this paper, we combined membrane computing and evolutionary algorithms, and proposed an optimization algorithm to resolve the multi-variable optimization problems with constraints. The two standard testing functions were adopted to evaluate the proposed optimization algorithm. The results of the experiments showed the effectiveness of the proposed method. © 2012 Springer-Verlag.

Fuzzy complex-value integral has a wide range of applications in Comprehensive Evaluation, Engineering, Artificial intelligence, Machine learning, Pattern recognition, Information fusion and so on. In this paper, we first introduce the concept of Choquet type fuzzy complex-value integral, then discuss its basic properties and provide a design method of fuzzy complex-value integral classifier. This study is designed to study Uighur diet culture and Chinese-English translation of its local food names. After deeply analyzing Uighur diet structure, content, pattern and nutrient functions of Uighur local foods, this study concludes several practical strategies based on Chinese-English translation of local food names, including functional equivalence and formal equivalence, domestication and foreignization, borrowing translation, transliteration, free translation and combination of transliteration and free translation. Based on the discrete mathematics model, this paper analyzes and studies the artificial intelligence virtual technology of computer and verifies the feasibility and reliability of the model through the virtual numerical experiment of computers simulation. The first part of the article describes the key of computers artificial intelligence virtual process and virtual technology and discusses the analog signal and conversion process of digital signal and the visualization process. Base on this, this paper establishes the discrete mathematical model of computers logic. This model can determine the signal and issue digital signal and control instruction. At last, this paper designs a virtual computers simulation and verifies the reliability of the model through the successful control of multi-freedom of virtual human. It also has been extended to piano playing process and concluded the time visualization chart of the piano's frequency response event which provides a technical reference for the study of vocal performance process simulation. © (2014) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.

Ethnic harmony can make the every chord has stability within tone. It can make the chord has strong logic which has the role of continuity. Functional and tonality of harmony have important relevance. Harmony cannot play the role of harmony in the application without the tonality. The national electronic musical instrument of the system treats MIC29151 as core regulator. It controls ADC0809 sampling through AT89S52 and displays output power timely. Leakage protection device achieves the leakage protection by an instrumentation amplifier AD623, voltage comparator LM2901 and CD4013 dual D flip-flop relay switch. The system can output 5V voltage stability and precise. When rate current is 1A and input voltage is 7~25V, output voltage regulation is 0.132%. When input voltage is 5.5~7V, output voltage is 5±0.05V. When input voltage is 7V, load regulation is 0.032% which is an ideal solution for national electronic musical instrument. © (2014) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.
