Variable selection is a critical step in data analysis for near infrared spectroscopy. Recently, many studies have been reported on variable selection and researchers have proposed a large number of methods to identify variables (wavelengths) that contribute useful information. In the present study, a key wavelengths selection method named Monte Carlo sampling-recursive partial least squares (MCS-RPLS) is proposed. The method mainly includes three steps: (1) Monte Carlo sampling; (2) feature selection for each subset; and (3) determination of the optimum feature set for the dataset. The method has been used for feature selection and multivariate calibration on four near infrared spectroscopic datasets: corn moisture, corn protein, HSA and γ-globulin of biological samples. And the 10-fold cross validation results are compared with those obtained by full spectra-PLS, Moving Window Partial Least Squares (MWPLS), Monte Carlo-based Uninformative Variable Elimination (MC-UVE) and CARS. The results showed that the data dimensionalities and the RMSECV values of the selected variables are greatly reduced, thus the MCS-RPLS is available for feature selection from NIR data. © 2013 Elsevier B.V.

With the popularization of network technology, the computer technology is developing rapidly coupled with the emergence of virtual instrument technology. In this context, virtual experiment, an effective complement to the development of the traditional experimental method, has very broad spectrum of application in the field of education, measurement, and even other research areas. Thus, virtual experiment has become an important future development of experimental teaching. Based on analysis of the history and current status of the existing virtual laboratory at home and abroad, as well as the technologies used to accomplish a virtual experiment, this thesis makes a comprehensive study to analyze the construction of the virtual experiment system, including the basic theory of its establishment, the network environment, application classification, the specific tectonic model and technical methods and its development and applications. © (2014) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.

Photovoltaic performance of the hybrid devices consisting of P3HT/CdS/CdSe/TiO2 nanorod array was studied. The dependence of the photovoltaic performance on the CdS/CdSe quantum dots was investigated, and it is concluded that the CdS/CdSe quantum dots play an important role in improving charge separation and injection. It has been demonstrated that coating CdS/CdSe quantum dots onto TiO2 nanorods with P3HT to form p-n heterojunctions largely improves the photovoltaic performance of the P3HT/CdSe/CdS/TiO 2 nanorod solar cells, exhibiting an energy conversion efficiency of 0.57%. © 2013 Elsevier Ltd. To carry out Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is necessary to improve enterprises' core competition ability. CRM focus on customer resource management by using information technology, in order to assist managers to make practical decisions. And data mining and data warehouse technology are powerful tools to improve the rightness and accuracy of CRM. As a simple and efficient classification technology decision tree is a member of data mining family. This paper referred the advanced ideas and systematic theory research of CRM. And with the combination of the actuality of tourism industry, we built a CRM system for tourism industry based on data warehouse and data mining technology. We analyzed CRM system structure and functional modules with application program, and introduced the characteristics of data storage integration and information processing and analysis. © 2013 IEEE.

A phenylene is a conjugated hydrocarbons molecule composed of six- and four-membered rings. The matching energy of a graph G is equal to the sum of the absolute values of the zeros of the matching polynomial of G, while the Hosoya index is defined as the total number of the independent edge sets of G. In this paper, we determine the extremal graph with respect to the matching energy and Hosoya index for all phenylene chains. © 2016 Tingzeng Wu.

The study proposed an improved NSCT fusion method based on the infrared and visible light images characteristics and fusion requirement. This paper improved the high-frequency coefficient and low-frequency coefficient fusion rules. The low-frequency sub-band images adopted the pixel feature energy weighted fusion rule. The high-frequency sub-band images adopted the neighborhood variance feature information fusion rule. The fusion experiment results show that this algorithm has good robustness. It could effectively extract edges and texture information. The fused images have abundance scene information and clear target. So this algorithm is an effective infrared and visible image fusion method. © (2013) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.

Low carbon tourism is modern and popular. It is important to choose low carbon tourism scenic spots. There are many factors influencing classification of low carbon tourism scenic spot. And it holds significance to effectively classify low carbon tourism scenic spots. Firstly, this paper analyzes influential factors of classification of low carbon tourism scenic spot and establishes the factor set. Secondly, it constructs the grey correlation analysis model of classification of multi property for low carbon tourism scenic spot based on grey system theory and obtains corresponding grey relational coefficient and grey correlation degree. Based on that, it establishes the optimal model and acquires more reliable and more accurate classification of multi property for low carbon tourism scenic spot. Bioassay directed isolation of the EtOAc extract from a traditional Chinese medicine Psoralea corylifolia resulted in the purification of two isoflavonoids, corylifols D (1) and E (2), along with four known ones. The structures of 1 and 2 were determined by extensive 1D and 2D NMR and MS data analyses. When tested against HepG2 and Hep3B hepatocellular carcinoma cell lines, corylifol A (4) displayed IC50 values of 4.6 and 13.5 μg/ml, respectively. © 2013 Copyright Taylor and Francis Group, LLC.

A computer is always used to deal with image post processing in the current digital photography and film and television production. But different processing methods will have different influences on the results and efficiency of processing. This work mainly studied which kind of the processing method should be used to obtain the best processing effect. Based on the present situation of the post processing of computer images and in combination with some problems in the process, it was found that only the advanced hardware equipment and software with high-quality staff can guarantee the effect of the image post processing to the largest extent.
