With the popularization of network technology, the computer technology is developing rapidly coupled with the emergence of virtual instrument technology. In this context, virtual experiment, an effective complement to the development of the traditional experimental method, has very broad spectrum of application in the field of education, measurement, and even other research areas. Thus, virtual experiment has become an important future development of experimental teaching. Based on analysis of the history and current status of the existing virtual laboratory at home and abroad, as well as the technologies used to accomplish a virtual experiment, this thesis makes a comprehensive study to analyze the construction of the virtual experiment system, including the basic theory of its establishment, the network environment, application classification, the specific tectonic model and technical methods and its development and applications. © (2014) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.

Photovoltaic performance of the hybrid devices consisting of P3HT/CdS/CdSe/TiO2 nanorod array was studied. The dependence of the photovoltaic performance on the CdS/CdSe quantum dots was investigated, and it is concluded that the CdS/CdSe quantum dots play an important role in improving charge separation and injection. It has been demonstrated that coating CdS/CdSe quantum dots onto TiO2 nanorods with P3HT to form p-n heterojunctions largely improves the photovoltaic performance of the P3HT/CdSe/CdS/TiO 2 nanorod solar cells, exhibiting an energy conversion efficiency of 0.57%. © 2013 Elsevier Ltd. A computer is always used to deal with image post processing in the current digital photography and film and television production. But different processing methods will have different influences on the results and efficiency of processing. This work mainly studied which kind of the processing method should be used to obtain the best processing effect. Based on the present situation of the post processing of computer images and in combination with some problems in the process, it was found that only the advanced hardware equipment and software with high-quality staff can guarantee the effect of the image post processing to the largest extent. Bioassay directed isolation of the EtOAc extract from a traditional Chinese medicine Psoralea corylifolia resulted in the purification of two isoflavonoids, corylifols D (1) and E (2), along with four known ones. The structures of 1 and 2 were determined by extensive 1D and 2D NMR and MS data analyses. When tested against HepG2 and Hep3B hepatocellular carcinoma cell lines, corylifol A (4) displayed IC50 values of 4.6 and 13.5 μg/ml, respectively. © 2013 Copyright Taylor and Francis Group, LLC.
