With regard to sailing race practical situations, according to dynamic planning thought, it makes research on sailing course planning method optimal sport state. According to dynamic planning method low partial searching efficiency, slow convergence speed and other disadvantages, it proposed sailing optimal sport route dynamic planning method on the basis of evolutionary planning theory. With China economic rapidly development, people’s living standard has been further improved, obesity problem is getting worse and worse, and obesity group in our country population also occupies more and more proportions. Study on our country population obesity and health has important significances in promoting our country people physical health development. Firstly, the paper starts from our country obesity problems, it studies obesity group development status, and obesity triggers a series of diseases, proposes that sports is a simple and most obvious effects lose weight way. Secondly, utilize variance analysis to study different sports to weight influential significances, it gets swimming has most remarkable influential effects on weight among jogging, sports dance, ball kinds of sports, swimming and other sports. On this basis, for swimming, it applies discriminant analysis to make further study, define best swimming time standard to adapt to lose weight and propose that best swimming time is 30∼60min/ day, its losing weight effect is obvious, has bigger impacts on weight, waist circumference and other body shape, is one of most proper losing weight sports. © 2014, Journal of Chemical and Pharmaceutical Research. Sprinters' athletic ability is a capability demonstrated by the joint action of body shape, physiology function, sport intelligence, athletic skills, psychological quality and athletic quality. Now the scientific selection of athletes has higher and higher proportion in sports training techniques and status, the means are more and more advanced, and the comprehensive evaluation method of human athletic ability are increasingly close to the actual potential of the athletes. In this paper, it analyzes the sprinter's athletic ability, extracts the four major indexes and its corresponding ten micro indexes to comprehensively evaluate the athletes' sprint athletic ability, uses AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) to establish a hierarchical structure, uses the pair-wise comparison method to construct the judgment matrix for the structure, and conducts the consistency test model on this basis.

With the development of Internet, network teaching is becoming increasingly popular. The server cluster with an effective load balancing solution can solve the problem of high concurrency. In order to reduce the cost of constructing the cluster, we make full use of existing equipment. Due to the specific characteristics of the heterogeneous cluster, we design a solution to balance the load. In this article, firstly, we introduce the architecture of the network teaching platform. It consists of web servers and database servers, and the servers have different processing capacities. This can make the best use of existing equipment and reduce the cost. Secondly, we design the load balancing solution for the load balancer in the system architecture. The solution can ensure the stability of the system if a server is added or the server is down. With the help of virtual nodes, we change the proportion of the physical node and virtual node. This can help to distribute the requests to the physical nodes in a balanced manner. In this way, we can successfully solve the load balancing problem of the network teaching platform based on heterogeneous cluster. The results of the experiment show that the mechanism has good scalability and extensibility.

In the field of marine, prediction of the marine safety is very important. It is reported that defects exist in the small intestinal epithelial barrier of inflammatory bowel disease, which might be associated with increased intestinal permeability at a very early stage. All endangered large whale species are vulnerable to collisions with large ships; and "ship strikes" are the greatest known threat to one of the world's rarest whales, the North Atlantic right whale. The magnitude of this threat is likely to increase as maritime commerce expands. Factors influencing the incidence and severity of ship strikes are not well understood, although vessel speed appears to be a strong contributor. The purpose of this study was to characterize the hydrodynamic effects near a moving hull that may cause a whale to be drawn to or repelled from the hull, and to assess the accelerations exerted on a whale at the time of impact. Using scale models of a container ship and a right whale in experimental flow tanks, we assessed hydrodynamic effects and measured accelerations experienced by the whale model in the presence of a moving vessel. Using an artificial neural network (ANN) prediction of the marine safety, results are compared with experimental values and deviations are determined. Based on the implemented investigations, minimal deviations between experimental and predicted values are obtained and can be concluded that ANN can be used for prediction of the marine safety. © 2011 Springer-Verlag.

The conventional model of diesel engine-generator control system used for automatic power station control is crucially extended to include speed, frequency and load. An on-line speed regulator for diesel engine power station was developed based on model free adaptive (MFA) controller. The proposed speed control strategy in this work consists of a main speed loop and a feedforward load loop. The control algorithm is organised in MFA controller which operates on a standard speed error signal and a power signal. The simulation results show that this speed governor system could operate stably, and all performances are quite well both at static state and at dynamic state. © 2010 IEEE.

This paper provides three types of modern bio-fuels transformation approach, and the corresponding products as well as their world-wide production and application situation. The paper also analyses the advantage and disadvantage of Marine biological fuel and current challenges. Developing bio-fuels should not simply consider energy exploitation, but should concern setting up matched production system and multi-functional frameworks, highly integrating environmental, social, and economic resources, so as to achieve goal of long-term sustainable development. Because of the greenhouse gas emissions, global average temperatures rise 0.7 degrees Celsius in the 20th century; while global energy demand will increase 60% by 2030[1]. Confronting the challenge of the global energy security and climate change and limited reserves of fossil fuels in the earth, all countries in the world aware of the importance of the development of renewable energy, therefore, as the preferred transport fuel diversity, bio-fuel development is causing concern in the countries all over the world. European Union, Brazil, the United States and China all established bio-fuels development goals, actively expand bio-fuel technology research and development to seek better non-cereal bio-fuel feedstocks. This paper designs a Vessel Remote Video Monitoring System based on internet protocol. The system uses positioning and network transmission technology to transmit real-time images of ships offshore to the server, to set up the client and visual monitoring ends. Ships monitoring personnel enter WEB monitoring platform with different permissions, to monitor and process ships image data through the network view, scheduling, monitoring terminals and other system modules. It also adds density ratio-based automatic alarm module to realize the intelligent early warning of offshore Ships density. Experiments show that the system has a better result to achieve vessel images' intelligent remote monitoring and early warning. © (2014) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.
