Since in "the suggestions about making out the tenth five-year plan for national economy and social development" adopted by the Fifth Plenary Session in 2000, the concept of cultural industry appeared formally, China's entity economy and external trade of cultural industry have developed greatly. With the era of knowledge economy coming and financial crisis' affection, China's cultural industry is facing new environment and challenges. The paper gave analysis on development status of cultural industry for 10 years; combining with new development environment, the paper summarized three trends of development and proposed suggestions on development paths to revitalize cultural industry in new period. © 2011 Published by Elsevier Ltd.

For the problem of the vehicle parts monitoring in the internet of vehicle, the service technology is proposed to access the detail components through the common gateway interface technology. The information transmission is managed using the common gateway interface and interface parts for docking, and the monitoring of detail parts is made by the bus integration monitoring. IPv6 virtual network address information transmission is used to avoid the hidden dangers of IPv4 address depletion, and the virtual and independent IPv6 address is transferred with the part number in the common gateway interface to achieve a wide geographical access. In order to achieve real-time information exchange and robustness, the real-time transport protocol and real-time transport control protocol is used to assure smaller transmission delay and less packet loss rate. The test results show that the average response time is no more than 85 nanoseconds and the accuracy of information transfer is not less than 98.2%, and the results meets the needs of the most environmental, and the program is viable in practice. © (2014) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.

This paper proposes a defocus image fusion method based on color feature area segmentation. This algorithm first segments the source image into multiple feature area by using the color image segmentation algorithm based on the chromaticity distribution feature and Ncut model and fuses the corresponding feature areas by using the image quality assessment standard based on visual structural similarity to get the final fusion results. The test results indicate that this method can get better fusion results and is better than the popular multi-scale method and feature combination method in inheritence and reliability.

A new fuzzy recognition method of book's number based on neural network is presented. This method includes 10 links: edge detection and separation of a label for library, binarization, denoising, incline correction, extraction of books numerals, window scaling, location standardization, thinning, extraction of numeral feature and fuzzy recognition based on BP neural network. Through testing, the recognition rate of this method can be over 90 %. The recognition time of characters for character is less than 1.3 s, which means that the method is of more effective recognition ability and can better satisfy the real system requirements. © 2013 Springer-Verlag.

In recent years, our country's food safety and health has been effectively controlled by the management of supervision department, but with the development of fast food demand, there is still flaw. Thus China began to promote a kind of hazard analysis critical control point (HACCP).This paper is to establish and implement effective mechanism for the food safety of hotel in tourism industry through HACCP system, and evaluate the existing hidden trouble through applying risk management prediction concept, then find out the critical control points of hotel food safety, finally the operating results of HACCP system will be comprehensively evaluated. And the typical case will be studied and analyzed through combing the practical situation; the conclusion would be derived after verification and discovery.

Marine circular economy development and marine ecological security construction is the solution of seeking sustainable development when human beings are faced with marine ecological crisis in future period. Marine circular economy and ecological security is the subsystem of ecological, social and economic compound system. These two are mutually conditional and have been in collaborative development. Marine circular economy development is the premise and approach of securely constructing marine ecology. Constructing marine ecological security and building harmonious marine ecological environment is an important goal of developing circular economy. Circular economy is one of the important economic models for managing public resources under the principle of sustainable development, which is the guiding direction of future economic development in China. As important strategic resources, ocean is a crucial component of realizing economic sustainable development, which also needs to take the circular economy concept and basic principles as a guide for development.

Through analyzing the existing theories, by aid of the motor schema of intelligent mobile robot and cellular automata theory, we proposed two crown evacuation models, one is the nearest person from the exports superior to evacuation and the other is the emergency person superior to evacuation, both of which are based on two-dimensional cellular automaton. Evacuation has considered the factors of people's behavioral and psychological characteristics which affected the evacuation process when people escaped from the buildings with fire, the simulation results bring into correspondence with the actual situation, the model provides a viable framework to consider evacuation with fire environment. We can known from the simulation results that the experiment with good results and its superiority and rationality. © 2013 IEEE.

In dynamic modeling process of 3D image, too much few characteristics extracted in the binocular stereo vision modeling process cause the cloud characteristics of the model node could not be recovered and low fidelity of the model. In order to solve this problem, this paper presents a thinning algorithm of 3D image model based on improved spatial wavelet interpolation. Firstly, several coordinates of dynamic characteristic nodes are collected by the binocular stereo vision method to compose a characteristic' assemblage which is used to build an interpolation region. Then the characteristic nodes of interpolation are built in the region by the dynamic wavelet recovering method, and modified in direction. Whether the characteristic is reasonable is judged by the modified result. Finally the new characteristic is taken as the vertex to construct a new region and complete the iterative interpolation. Simulation results show that the accuracy error of the interpolation is less than 15 pixels when image interpolation is carried out based on a few characteristics which basically meet the requirements of stability, accuracy and anti-interference ability of 3D interpolation. © 2013 ACADEMY PUBLISHER.

In order to improve the monitoring efficiency of port coastal ship, and improve the ability of coastal management, the port coastal ships web remote video monitoring system is designed and realized. The GPRS/UDP technology is used to transmit the ship videos to the server in real time. The client terminal and visual monitoring terminal are established, and the ship monitoring personnel can enter the WEB monitoring platform with different permissions. The network browse module, scheduling module, monitoring terminal module are designed, the port coastal ships video data are monitored and processed, the automatic alarm module based on the density ratio is designed. The intelligent early warning of port coastal ships density is obtained. The application experiment is implemented on the port coastal entrance, experiment results show that this system can realize the remote video Web monitoring of ships and intelligent early warning, and it has good effect in application. © (2014) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.
