For the problem of the vehicle parts monitoring in the internet of vehicle, the service technology is proposed to access the detail components through the common gateway interface technology. The information transmission is managed using the common gateway interface and interface parts for docking, and the monitoring of detail parts is made by the bus integration monitoring. IPv6 virtual network address information transmission is used to avoid the hidden dangers of IPv4 address depletion, and the virtual and independent IPv6 address is transferred with the part number in the common gateway interface to achieve a wide geographical access. In order to achieve real-time information exchange and robustness, the real-time transport protocol and real-time transport control protocol is used to assure smaller transmission delay and less packet loss rate. The test results show that the average response time is no more than 85 nanoseconds and the accuracy of information transfer is not less than 98.2%, and the results meets the needs of the most environmental, and the program is viable in practice. © (2014) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland. A new fuzzy recognition method of book's number based on neural network is presented. This method includes 10 links: edge detection and separation of a label for library, binarization, denoising, incline correction, extraction of books numerals, window scaling, location standardization, thinning, extraction of numeral feature and fuzzy recognition based on BP neural network. Through testing, the recognition rate of this method can be over 90 %. The recognition time of characters for character is less than 1.3 s, which means that the method is of more effective recognition ability and can better satisfy the real system requirements. © 2013 Springer-Verlag. The functional property of red bean protein has been studied in the paper. The structure was determined by Raman spectrum analysis. The research found that the ultrasonic treatment could increase solubility and surface hydrophobicity and improve emulsifying property. The main secondary structure element of non-treated red bean protein is β-sheet, and α- helix and β-turn structures are prominent after ultrasonic treatment. Ultrasonic treatment has no influence on the composition of tyrosine molecule in red bean protein, while it presents "exposure" on the surface of protein molecule. T-g-t vibration pattern is the main vibration pattern of disulfide bond. The results indicated that the application of ultrasonic treatment has promoted a transformation from t-g-t model to g-g-t model. Source

Through analyzing the existing theories, by aid of the motor schema of intelligent mobile robot and cellular automata theory, we proposed two crown evacuation models, one is the nearest person from the exports superior to evacuation and the other is the emergency person superior to evacuation, both of which are based on two-dimensional cellular automaton. Evacuation has considered the factors of people's behavioral and psychological characteristics which affected the evacuation process when people escaped from the buildings with fire, the simulation results bring into correspondence with the actual situation, the model provides a viable framework to consider evacuation with fire environment. We can known from the simulation results that the experiment with good results and its superiority and rationality. © 2013 IEEE. Source

In recent years, our country's food safety and health has been effectively controlled by the management of supervision department, but with the development of fast food demand, there is still flaw. Thus China began to promote a kind of hazard analysis critical control point (HACCP).This paper is to establish and implement effective mechanism for the food safety of hotel in tourism industry through HACCP system, and evaluate the existing hidden trouble through applying risk management prediction concept, then find out the critical control points of hotel food safety, finally the operating results of HACCP system will be comprehensively evaluated. And the typical case will be studied and analyzed through combing the practical situation; the conclusion would be derived after verification and discovery. Source
