The subject takes DM18t-37m portal crane with hopper as research object, analyzes the grab operation path figure of portal crane with hopper in detailes, and determines the key points in the path figure. Position control is fundamental in robotic hand manipulation. How to improve the control accuracy is important. According to the structure of HIT-DLR finger, the kinematics and inverse kinematics are built first. The contour error of an arbitrary trajectory in Cartesian coordinates is then defined. Afterwards, a feed-forward cross-coupling control strategy is proposed in order to coordinate motion of each joint. The controller takes the contour error and the joint position error as the coupling error. According to Lyapunov stability analysis, it is proved that the proposed method can guarantee to converge and asymptotically stable. A circular trajectory tracking experiment was conducted. Compared with Proportional-Derivative control method, the error was decreased in every direction, which demonstrates that the cross-coupling control strategy improves the trajectory tracking precision of the fingertip in Cartesian coordinates. © 2015 IEEE. According to the practical requirements of filling refrigerants of refrigeration maintenance industries, an high-precision measuring and control system for refrigerant with MSP430 is designed in this paper. High-precision weighing sensor and high-performance amplifier are adopted in the hardware structure, and an improved amplitude-limiting and shake-disappearing filtering algorithm is used in the software data processing. The design is capable of not only achieving the purification and recycling of refrigerant effluent, but also conducting the functions of pressing, vacuumizing and leaking hunting of both high and low pressure. The actual results in the practical refrigeration maintenance industry show that this measuring and control system precision can reach0.5%, which is reliable in operation, good in stability and capable of solving the problem that the discharge of waste refrigerant may pollute the environment. © (2014) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland. A new support vector machine(SVM) model is proposed to classify power quality disturbances. The improved SVM method improves the speed of classification when SVM treats the large training set. Firstly, using rough set(RS) theory to eliminate redundant information of the large initial training set. Secondly, utilizing a probabilities function in SVM, training an initial classifier with a small training set and pruning the large training set with the initial classifier to obtain a small reduction set. Then, training with the reduction set, final classifier is obtained. Experiments show that this method effectively reduces the training set and improves the classification ability. Source
