Self-lubricating sulfide films have gained increasing interest because of their outstanding properties and promising functions in a wide range of applications. In this study, thin cuprous sulfide (Cu2S) films with a 13 μm thickness were produced on Ni55 substrates by low temperature ion sulfurizing to reduce wear and tear to the Ni55 coatings. The Cu2S film is composed of polygonal micro-rods that were constructed from successive Cu2S nano-sheets with SEM. The antifriction effects of the film were conducted by ball-on-disk dry sliding tests using various loads and speeds under dry friction conditions. The results indicated that the Cu2S film showed enhanced antifriction performance by significantly reducing the friction coefficients and the depths of wear. With the help of copper particles formed by cuprous sulfide and oxygen, the Cu2S film is able to separate the friction pairs from each other. Also, coating them with the film can significantly reduce the wear and tear to composite coatings caused by the plowing action of debris from the Ni55 coatings. © 2017

In recent years, automatic control technology has been developed rapidly, but the development of unloading way of portal crane with hopper is slowly, which is still in the stage of the driver's manual opration. The portal crane with hopper’s realization of semi-automation will help drivers free from repetitive high-intensity work. The subject takes DM18t-37m portal crane with hopper as research object, analyzes the grab operation path figure of portal crane with hopper in detailes, and determines the key points in the path figure. Finite-element analysis is an effective numerical simulation method to analyse and calculate the complex structure. This paper Introduced the basic theory of finite-element analysis, and chose the QTZ630 tower crane as as the analysis object, using the finite-element analysis software ANSYS10.0 to realize the finite-element analysis of whole machine, then gave the reasonable explanation to the analysis results. © 2011 IEEE.

Position control is fundamental in robotic hand manipulation. How to improve the control accuracy is important. According to the structure of HIT-DLR finger, the kinematics and inverse kinematics are built first. The contour error of an arbitrary trajectory in Cartesian coordinates is then defined. Afterwards, a feed-forward cross-coupling control strategy is proposed in order to coordinate motion of each joint. The controller takes the contour error and the joint position error as the coupling error. According to Lyapunov stability analysis, it is proved that the proposed method can guarantee to converge and asymptotically stable. A circular trajectory tracking experiment was conducted. Compared with Proportional-Derivative control method, the error was decreased in every direction, which demonstrates that the cross-coupling control strategy improves the trajectory tracking precision of the fingertip in Cartesian coordinates. © 2015 IEEE.

the prediction of finger pinch force via surface electromyography (sEMG) signals is important in bionic control area. The purpose of this paper was to study how to improve the prediction accuracy while using support vector regression (SVR) to predict the pinch force. Four healthy subjects performed constant-posture force-varying pinch operations. The sEMG signal was acquired using two electrodes while the force signal was recorded by a JR3 sensor. The time domain feature of sEMG and the force signal were then applied as the input of the SVR model. In order to improve the prediction accuracy, the parameters of SVR model were optimized by applying particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm. The relative mean square error (RMSE), correlation coefficients (CC), and mean average error (MAE) were calculated as the criteria. The results show that the predicted force is close to the real pinch force by SVR modeling technique. The RMSE results are below 8% and the CC results are above 96% with 4 subjects. Compared with the grid search (GS) method, the PSO-SVR achieves a tradeoff between the accuracy and the computational costs with different kinds of training data. © 2015 IEEE.

The online examination system based on Web technology development, adopts B/S model of three-tier architecture and uses ASP.NET technology, AJAX technology JAVA programming language and SQL Server 2012 as database management system On the base of analyzing the requirement of network examination, online examination system was designed uniformly and system adopted genetic algorithm to generate test paper. In the design of examination system, XML technology was combined with database technology, which adopted XML to describe exam papers, played XML technology in the data description and data exchange and display of superiority to improve system performance. In this system, students can take the exam and choose their own learning content to take self-test exercises. When self-test is completed, students can view their own answer situation and the standard answer of these questions; this played a role in promoting students' independent learning. © (2014) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.

A new support vector machine(SVM) model is proposed to classify power quality disturbances. The improved SVM method improves the speed of classification when SVM treats the large training set. Firstly, using rough set(RS) theory to eliminate redundant information of the large initial training set. Secondly, utilizing a probabilities function in SVM, training an initial classifier with a small training set and pruning the large training set with the initial classifier to obtain a small reduction set. Then, training with the reduction set, final classifier is obtained. Experiments show that this method effectively reduces the training set and improves the classification ability.

In recently years, intrinsically linked and intrinsically knotted graphs, as very important graphs in spatial graphs are becoming targets of some relatively new research areas. This paper is devoted to the graph disjoint linking in is disjoint linked in arbitrary 3-manifold,and show that the graph is minor minimal with respect to intrinsically disjoint linked graph in arbitrary 3-manifold. The theorem is proved by the lemmas, the conclusion is concluded.

Nowadays, the demand of people for urban water supply security is increasing. Meanwhile, the scale of water supply system is expanding and the topology is being more and more complicated. Aiming at these problems above, the technology of simulation modling and software development for urban water supply network is researched in this article. First of all, through studying the parameter testing technique, the load and change law of water consumption, the pressure distribution law, and the actual conveyance capacity of main pipes of the whole water supply network are accurately mastered. Correspondingly, the simulation database is built. On this basis, aiming at scientific operation and water quality protection, taking opening territorial water supply network of one city for example, the microscopic hydraulic model of water supply network of this area is built, meanwhile, the simulation analysis platform is developed, with the application of on-line monitoring technology. The platform which has well expansibility and utility has been applied to water supply network of an urban city. © (2013) Trans Tech Pudlications, Switzerland.
