Ti/Al double metal structure can reduce component quality, reduce costs, and meet specific integrated performance, and therefore has broad application prospects. Fusion welding-brazing has become a hot-spot research method of dissimilar metal welding of titanium alloy to aluminum alloy. This paper describes the basic principles and difficulties of fusion welding-brazing of titanium alloy to aluminum alloy, and discusses the interface behavior of fusion welding-brazing of titanium alloy to aluminum alloy. © 2016 Taylor & Francis Group, London.

We study a quasi-one-dimensional steady-state Poisson-Nernst-Planck model for ionic flows through membrane channels with fixed boundary ion concentrations and electric potentials. We consider two ion species, one positively charged and one negatively charged, and assume zero permanent charge. Bikerman's local hard-sphere potential is included in the model to account for ion size effects on the ionic flow. The model problem is treated as a boundary value problem of a singularly perturbed differential system. Our analysis is based on the geometric singular perturbation theory but, most importantly, on specific structures of this concrete model. The existence of solutions to the boundary value problem for small ion sizes is established and, treating the ion sizes as small parameters, we also derive approximations of individual fluxes and I-V (current-voltage) relations, from which qualitative properties of ionic flows related to ion sizes are studied. A detailed characterization of complicated interactions among multiple and physically crucial parameters for ionic flows, such as boundary concentrations and potentials, diffusion coefficients and ion sizes, is provided.

Design method of hydraulic system of full hybrid transmission was analyzed. At first, oil volume flow and pressure requirement was confirmed according to the vehicle control strategy. Mechanical gear pump and electric pump were used to supply oil flow for all driving modes. Self-adapted pressure regulation circuit was designed to supply high pressure oil for brake engagement. Structure dimension of valves and cooling orifices was designed by theoretical calculation. Cooling flow can be distributed proportionally among electric motors and planetary gears. © (2014) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.

Metal matrix composite (MMC) coatings were fabricated on Ti-6Al-4V titanium alloy by laser cladding. Co42 self-fluxing powder, B4C, SiC and Y2O3 were employed as the cladding materials. Microstructures and the wear properties of the different composite coatings were investigated comparatively. Results showed that the laser cladding coatings were mainly reinforced by CoTi, CoTi2, NiTi, TiC, TiB2, TiB, Cr7C3 and Ti5Si3. The micro-hardness of the cladding coatings were equivalent to 3-4 times the Ti-6Al-4V substrate. Laser cladding coating exhibiting outstanding wear resistance was fabricated with the addition of 20wt.% B4C, 7wt.% SiC and 1wt.% Y2O3. The wear resistance was enhanced by over 10 times compared with the substrate. However, with more SiC addition (14wt.%), a higher micro-hardness was obtained together with poor wear resistance. The wear mechanism of the coatings was discussed by referring to the microstructures and the wear morphologies. © 2015 Elsevier Ltd.

A novel model for privacy-preserving support vector regression (PPSVR for short) on vertically partitioned data is proposed in the paper. The feasibility of the model is proved. Besides, the algorithm for vertically partitioned data is given out. In the privacy preserving data mining, each entity is unwilling to share its group of data or leak the data for various reasons. The proposed PPSVR model is public. But no private data is revealed. And when the PPSVR is calculated at last, the original data does not need to be recovered. Besides, the proposed algorithm has comparable accuracy with that of an ordinary SVR that uses the centralized data set directly. Experiments show that the proposed approach is effective. © 2014 IEEE.

According to the need of the real-time monitoring and displaying of the environment in many areas,to put forward a method of temperature monitoring and displaying, using STC11F32XE microcontroller as the core controller, DS18B20 as temperature acquisition chip, 32X64LED dot matrix screen as a display screen,using the mothod of multi point detection method,real-time monitoring of swimming pool water temperature and room temperature, real-time displaying of Multipoint collecting information, Real time processing the detected temperature, the page display to multipoint temperature display through the wireless remote control module,the system will alarm When the water temperature is too high or too low, to remind managers of real-time processing.To design a clear temperature display for the swimming pool,real time monitoring and controlling is very convenient,after the experimental verification, the system reaches the anticipative goal,the system is an ideal and effective. © (2014) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.

To solve the effect that the multi threading task can be achieved by the TFT of color screen, we adopt MSP430F5438 as the main controller, the main equipment of its hardware system was built by the TFT of touch screen, and the task driving function was completed by using buttons and wireless communication module and other peripherals. And we have developed the application program based on UC/OS operating system utility with the kernel structure and characteristics of UC/OS. It can be realized these function, such as digital tube display, TFT display task, multi-tasking, wireless communication, the task driving system, touch screen and low power verification task. The experimental results show that it completely meets the desired design goals, it works reliable and stable. © (2014) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.

We study the Painlevé property of the (1+1)-dimensional equations arising from the symmetry reduction for the (2+1)-dimensional ones. Firstly, we derive the similarity reduction of the (2+1)-dimensional potential Calogero - Bogoyavlenskii - Schiff (CBS) equation and Konopelchenko - Dubrovsky (KD) equations with the optimal system of the admitted one-dimensional subalgebras. Secondly, by analyzing the reduced CBS, KD, and Burgers equations with Painlevé test, respectively, we find both the Painlevé integrability, and the number and location of resonance points are invariant, if the similarity variables include all of the independent variables. © 2013 Chinese Physical Society and IOP Publishing Ltd.

This paper researched the factors affect quantity of chemical fertilizer use correlation and econometric analysis.
