Corporate faces problems such as resource limitation and conflicts, information deficiency and that the project document management fails to meet the company's requirements, and so on, in order to solve these problems. This paper emphasizes the importance of managing projects by stages, studies and tries to design the lifecycle model of project management. Also, using multi-hierarchy grey comprehensive evaluation method, this paper evaluates and compares the project activities which have resource conflicts. At present, the application systems most enterprises have are self-built and only used in inner-enterprise, thus information can't be shared efficiently and up-front cost and ongoing maintenance costs are high. To solve this problem, this paper presents a design method of management information system based on cloud computing, which take full advantage of cloud computing platform: HDFS-based cloud-computing copy replication dynamic control mechanism. It can determine whether to increase or decrease the number of copies by reading the number of requests at the same time period and select the appropriate node to add or remove files copies according to historical information so as to achieve the purpose of improving the efficiency of concurrent reads. © (2014) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland. We analyze one-dimensional discrete and quasi-continuous linear chains of N1 equidistant and identical mass points with periodic boundary conditions and generalized nonlocal interparticle interactions in the harmonic approximation. We introduce elastic potentials which define by Hamilton's principle discrete "Laplacian operators" ("Laplacian matrices") which are operator functions (N×N-matrix functions) of the Laplacian of the Born-von-Karman linear chain with next neighbor interactions. The non-locality of the constitutive law of the present model is a natural consequence of the non-diagonality of these Laplacian matrix functions in the N dimensional vector space of particle displacement fields where the periodic boundary conditions (cyclic boundary conditions) and as a consequence the (Bloch-)eigenvectors of the linear chain are maintained. In the quasi-continuum limit (long-wave limit) the Laplacian matrices yield "Laplacian convolution kernels" (and the related elastic modulus kernels) of the non-local constitutive law. The elastic stability is guaranteed by the positiveness of the elastic potentials. We establish criteria for "weak" and "strong" nonlocality of the constitutive behavior which can be controlled by scaling behavior of material constants in the continuum limit when the interparticle spacing h→0. The approach provides a general method to generate physically admissible (elastically stable) non-local constitutive laws by means of "simple" Laplacian matrix functions. The model can be generalized to model non-locality in n=2,3, dimensions of the physical space. © 2014 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved. Source

With the rapid development of information technology, digital campus construction has become the inevitable trend in colleges. It helps integrate the independent and decentralized systems, eliminate information islands and effectively realize data sharing. Thus repeated management of data and data redundancy problems can be solved. Extensive and deep data mining on the sharing platform can realize higher and evolved applications, which provides powerful technical support for management and decision making. This paper is started with the problems currently existed in the digital campus, such as lack of unified standards, information islands, etc. In face of these situations, Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) is proposed, which realizes connection, interoperability, information sharing and integration among different application systems with a structure platform technology based on standard services. It describes three kinds of roles (service provider, service registry and service requester) to perform three operations (publish, find and bind). Based on SOA, we design a digital campus information system in this paper. The system is composed on data service layer, sharing application service layer, enterprise service bus, and information portal platform. In the future, digital campus based on SOA will show a profound effect on standardization, digitization, and centralization of comprehensive digital campus information system. © 2014 IEEE. Source
