A company thinking that a candidate will wait for the next call from a company is also a myth. It is recommended that if a company has identified a candidate of choice, then each interview with him should be conducted on one week interval between each interview in the hiring process.

Some guidelines on how the hiring companies can ensure its offer is accepted in the first place are discussed. They should be specific about the type of company, type of position, and type of product areas of interest while speaking to recruiters.
