In the modernworld high quality oil products are in high demand.To be competitive and to make business profitable, companies should automate all processes and implementing different development scenario models. Using situational analysis that may held any situations, related to business processes can be forecasted and calculated if the basis of calculation systems was ideal. Methodology development, extraction and formalization of business rules and their application in Enterprise Information Systems for such industry, consumes a lot of resources, but resulting of such hard work is a rapid growth of monthly income. The Neumann boundary value problem for the Laplace equation arises in the theoretical aerodynamic. We consider the problem in a domain, whose boundary is a smooth closed surface. One of the methods of solving is to reduce the boundary value problem to the linear hypersingular integral equation written out on the surface under consideration. For the integral operator in that equation, we suggest quadrature formulas like the method of vortical frames with a regularization. The formula provides approximation of the unknown function and it's surface gradient on the entire surface for the use of a nonstructured partition. We construct a numerical scheme for the integral equation on the basis of suggested quadrature formulas. This scheme provides the uniform convergence of numerical solutions to the exact solution of the hypersingular integral equation as well as the uniform convergence of finite difference gradient of numerical solution to the exact gradient of unknown function. © 2013 AIP Publishing LLC. Methods and tools of human cognition is considered in isolation from the last of his nature. This leads to the fact that research systems to which is directly or indirectly person unnecessarily complicated and do not lead to the desired result. The answer to the causes of this situation can be found in the neo-institutionalism, in which developed institutional matrix-stable, historically developed system of basic institutions that govern the functioning of major public interconnected subsystems-economic, political and ideological. The aim is to study the possibility of transformation in the Russian context of institutional matrices western and eastern wing in a single X-Y institutional matrix by using tools ontopsychology, including work with archetypes and meta-pathology. Proof that the principle of a single matrix embodied in the life of a particular society will be used as a basis of meta-paradigm of a sustainable economy, based on the co-evolution of the economy and the environment, ensuring parity We and I in ideology. A special role in such a society, assigned to ideology, as it was the latter is responsible for the formation of the necessary "meta-ideas" in the political and economic spheres. A special role in the management of the economy is given ontopsychology, psychologists being, which is associated with the study of the reach of external observation of interests and motives that determine the characteristics of human behavior, the collective state. The work as a management tool in the context of ontopsychology developed by analogy with the pyramid needs Maslow pyramid vertical levels forming a model of economic psychology. If the main result of the application of Ontopsychology-the ability to control and manipulate the mass consciousness as well as at the individual level, the ideological component of the matrix is the most important mechanism of self-conscious and the unconscious reconstruction of society. © Research India Publications. In this work, we propose a neural-network model of the ventral visual stream for 3D-object recognition and classification. The model represents a hierarchy of modules, which resemble the V1–V4 areas and inferior temporal cortex (IT). The architecture of our model is based on the modular network self-organized map (SOM). The model has been trained to perform object recognition and classification tasks that were reported to occur in the ventral visual stream in the brain of macaque monkeys. We show by simulation that the model is capable of classifying artificial three-dimensional (3D) objects according to their structural similarity and of achieving view-invariant recognition of the objects. © 2014, Allerton Press, Inc. A hypersingular integral treated in the sense of the Hadamard finite value and the integral equation is written out on the surface under consideration. For the integral operator in that equation, we suggest quadrature formulas like the method of vortical frames with a regularization, which provides its approximation on the entire surface for the use of a nonstructured partition. We construct a numerical scheme for the integral equation on the basis of suggested quadrature formulas, prove an estimate for the norm of the pseudoinverse matrix of the related system of linear equations and the uniform convergence of numerical solutions to the exact solution of the hypersingular integral equation on the grid. © 2012 American Institute of Physics.
