The quantum cryptography communication became a new communication technology, with the developed of quantum computing. Quantum cryptography used some specific properties of quantum physics, and it solved some difficult problems of classical cryptography. It is a reliable technology for ensure the security of network communication that in future ages of optical communication. Based on the quantum key distributions protocol, and in recent years the United States, Germany, Sweden, Japan, and other western developed countries in the progress in research of quantum cryptography communication from the research results, the quantum cryptography communication has entered the practical stage in developed countries; our country also should be more in-depth and extensive research in this aspect; the assay analyzed the application perspective of the quantum cryptography communication in military communication. © Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg 2015.

Hardware-in-the-loop communication equipment simulation is an important step of the development about communications and electromagnetic environment simulation. Reference to the "software radio" design thinking the source library is generated by the software and different communication signals are generated by the fixed hardware frame. The system achieves "versatility". GMSK in wireless communications has been widely applied. It is one of the important signals generated by the simulator. Based on analysis of the structure the paper introduces the design of the simulator. It also provides the software simulation of Matlab. Big-data value is well recognized. How to extract useful information from the large, high-dimension, massive, diverse forms of big-data in a timely manner, and to help people judge, decision-making, to present new challenges for data-mining technology. Visual analysis of big-data mining has more intuitive, efficient results and can be applied to military, national security, public services, financial, business and other fields. So it is a hot topic in data-mining technology. This paper describes several typical applications of big-data mining visualization and tracks a single example of money laundering by the data-mining visualization and ends with a prospect. © 2014 Springer-Verlag.

To investigate the molecular biological mechanism of chronoexercise regulating circadian. Expressions of mPer1 and mPer2 in the diencephalon of golden hamster were determined 2 hours after acute exhaustive exercise (circadian time 6) by quantitative RT-PCR. Chronoexercise at CT6 significantly decreased expressions of mPer1 and mPer2 in the diencephalon of golden hamster. Inhibitory effect of chronoexercise on Per1 and Per2 mRNA levels in the diencephalon of golden hamster at CT6 may be achieved transcription-translation-based autoregulatory negative feedback loop.

Smoking is a well-known risk factor for cardiovascular disease. Glutathione S-transferases are involved in the detoxification of many harmful substances found in tobacco smoke. This study investigated the relation of Ile105Val variant of glutathione S-transferase P1 (GSTP1) gene to cardiovascular fitness with special reference to interaction with cigarette smoking. 232 unrelated ethnic Han Chinese men were recruited. GSTP1 genotypes were examined by a PCR-RFLP method. Cardiovascular fitness was assessed using a step test. Results showed that there was a strong association between cigarette smoking and poor step index, regardless of the adjustment for age and body mass index. Ile105Val variant was associated with step index neither in all subjects nor in nonsmokers. Whereas compared with Ile homozygote smokers, Val allele smokers had higher step index, regardless of the adjustment for age and body mass index. In conclusion, Our findings suggest that cigarette smoking may decrease cardiovascular fitness in normal persons, and GSTP1 Val allele may paly a protective role in cardiovascular fitness in smokers. © 2011 IEEE.
