Based on summarization of former operation experiences of perforation, fracturing and well test, a combination technology of perforation, fracturing and well test and quick unflow with hydraulic pump on offshore platform has been developed, and a dedicated fracturing hydraulic jet pump, sand control card for 7 inches wide casing, full bore pressure-controlled choice test valve with big full size locked switch (LPR - N test valve) to match this process have been studied and field test is completed at A well in a certain sea area of CNOOC. the results show that the technology can satisfy the offshore fixed string to conduct operation requirements of perforating, fracturing, production test and hydraulic pump quick flowback, having characteristics of being safe, reliable, short test period, low operation cost, rapid and timely unflow of fracturing fluid residue, effectively preventing fracturing fluid residue to cause secondary pollution to reservoir. the successful implementation of the technology provides a new technical means for rapid evaluation of the reservoir in offshore oilfield. ©, 2015, Well Testing. Screw and hydraulic jet pump is more and more widely used because they have few moving parts, high reliability, and could be used to fluid with high viscosity, sand and waxy, and also have increasing incomparable advantage compare with other mechanical oil production. Through the working principle of screw and hydraulic jet pump, comparing and analyzing both of that adaptation in test wells, and used in three wells such as Puping3, Qiping5 and Qiping3, a statistical of test oil data on three wells is cinducted, and both pumping ability, working system, well flowing bottom hole flowing pressure and situation more real capacity to strike formations carried out a detailed comparative analysis, which shows their advantages and disadvantages. © 2016, The Editorial Department of Well Testing. To problems of the well bore sand sinking to the bottom to cause secondary damage because of stopping the pump too many times for the domestic technology at present and washed sand technology not achieving negative pressure or negative pressure discontinuity, washed sand tech under-balance pressure for low pressure well is studied. The working principle, parameter optimization and tool design of the technology are discussed. Through the field test proved that the technology can achieve a continuous negative pressure washed sand, which solves the problem of the re-deposition of sand because of stopping the pump effectively, has a good applied prospect.
