This paper addresses the optimization of the new and remanufactured products coordination and pricing decision for the closed-loop supply chain which is composed of a manufacturer/remanufacturer, a distributor and a third-party recycler. Firstly, the market demands of new and remanufactured products are determind by the consumers' preference coefficient to the remanufactured products. It is deived that the consumers are willing to buy remanufactured products only when the price of a remanufactured product remains below the result of the price of the new one multiplying the consumers' preference coefficient. Then, based on Stackelberg game, the mathematical model representing the sales pricing policies of the new and remanufactured products and recycling rate of the used products in the closed-loop supply chain is proposed. The optimal decisions of the partners in the closed-loop supply chain are derived. Through analyzing, it is deduced that marketing the remanufactured products increases the profit of every partner so as to enhance the total revenue of the closed-loop supply chain although it reduces the marketing the new products. © 2012 Chinese Assoc of Automati.

In this study a GIS-based decision support system (DSS) was built for selecting proper plant species in dump area revegetation. This was done by integrating a matching model fuzzy pattern recognition (FPR) and a benefit optimization model dynamic programming (DP) into geographical information system (GIS) software (ArcGIS 9.2) as a toolbar (DLL) using ArcObjects in ArcGIS and Visual Basic 6. The DSS consists of database, model base, rule base and parameter weighting database. The parameters come from soil, climate, plant characteristic, ecology, landscape and social. This database includes detailed data about plant types and their properties. The proposed system is able to integrate both the quantitative and qualitative factors together. For the qualitative factors, IF-THEN rules are summarized from the questionnaire survey for the production experts. In this DSS complex problems are solved within program so that proper plant and plant distribution are automatically tracked when the dump area environmental changes. This DSS can help land consolidation managers to analyze and visualize (charts, maps) the possible plant species of dump area revegetation, such as plant characters, proper plant species, benefit of plant and the map for the plant distribution. This article applies the fuzzy evaluation system to the performance appraisal of preventing juvenile delinquency. Considering the particularities and integrities of preventive work, analytic hierarchy process has been introduced to calculate index weight. When we evaluate main module, appraise from all sectors of society, experts' assessment and youngsters' advice should be integrated, so as to combine subjective judgments and quantitative analysis. On the one hand, integrated application of both fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and AHP methods at the same time can resolve some critical issues scientifically, such as the content fuzziness and the range uncertainty. On the other hand, it also helps us to avoid experientialism and blindness in those previous assessments, which was used to be graded by supervision department.

Land resource is very scarce natural resources. Finiteness and scarcity of global land resources have become a common concern to human sustainable development. With the accelerating of industrialization and urbanization, man-land relationship is going into the crux of the conflict. If land resources are damaged seriously, it will also affect regional security and the sustainable development. Evaluation of land resource ecological security is an important content of regional sustainable development measures. The previous evaluation methods that were comprehensive index method and fuzzy synthesis cannot describe the fuzziness and randomness of evaluation indexes at the same time. In view of that problem, normal cloud model was introduced into regional land resources ecological security evaluation. Cloud model was the making of Li Deyi academicians based on traditional fuzzy mathematics and probability statistics. The rule of land resources ecological security evaluation was constructed combining the basic theory of cloud model and the process of ecological impact evaluation for land consolidation. By translating the uncertain factor conditions into quantitative values with the uncertain illation based on normal cloud model, the evaluation factor scores and comprehensive scores of Hubei Province land resources ecological security were computed. Study results indicated that: (1) Hubei Province land resources ecological safety status enhanced from the sensitive level to a moderate level, it increased from 2.9397 to 3.6033. The general trend of regional land resources ecological security was elevated from 2000 to 2010. Index value less than 2.5 indicated a severe, dangerous or sensitive level; (2) The normal cloud model was a mathematical representation of fuzziness and randomness. The transformation from qualitative concepts to quantitative expressions were realized when the fuzziness and randomness were integrated together. The method preserved the randomness and fuzziness in evaluation. Evaluation method of regional land resources ecological security based on the normal cloud model was an objective and scientific comprehensive assessment method. The study could provide a reference for the sustainable development of regional land resources.

A method was developed for determination of estriol (E3), bisphenol A (BPA), 17a-ethinyl estradiol (EE2) and estradiol (E2) in the water using dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction (DLLME) based on solidification of floating organic drop followed by pre-column derivatization and high performance liquid chromatography / fluorescence detection. Both of DLLME and pre-column derivatization processes were investigated and optimized by central composite design, and the optimized conditions were obtained as follow: extradant volume 93.6 μL, dispersant volume 0.4 mL, and the salt content 6.4% and the concentrated estrogens were derivatizated by 6.0 mg p-nitrobenzoyl chloride at 35 °C for 20 min. Linearity of the established method was in the range of 0.002-0.125 mg L-1 for E3, 0.0025-0.25 mg L-1 for BPA, 0.002-0.125 mg L-1 for EE2 and E2, respectively. The correlation coefficients (r2) were between 0.9921 and 0.9999, and the limits of detection (S/N=3) were ranged from 0.005 μg L-1 to 0.50 μg L-1. The enrichment factors of DLLME procedure were 30, 55, 57 and 58 for E3, BPA, EE2 and E2, respectively. The recoveries of estrogenic hormones under various spiked levels in real water samples were in the range of 91.6-126.7% for E3, 83.1-119.7% for BPA, 72.8-125.9% for EE2, and 89.1-129.4% for E2, respectively. The relative standard deviation was ranged 1.29-6.58% for E3, 2.40-9.85% for BPA, 1.31-14.05% for EE2 and 1.36-13.73% for E2, respectively. Finally, comparison with some other methods, the present method had many advantages such as simplicity of operation, less organic solvent and sample volume used, and time-saving. © by PSP.

The problem of income allotment disparity between urban households and rural households in China has already become a new international problem of 21 centuries, is particularly noticeable. On the basis of the official statistical data during 1990-2009 years in China, the author of the thesis describes that the margin between urban households and rural households shared over 70% of the total margin in Theil Index by incorporating graph and text and became the most reason of income disparity of the Chinese households, displays that income disparity between urban households and rural households presented the trend of the gradual aggrandizement. The SPSS on analytical software is made use of, data are sieved on analytical method of regression, to make regression models through various statistical tests as metrological change tracks on income disparity between urban households and rural households. This text puts forward viable countermeasures on contracting income disparity between urban households and rural households from the macroscopic level in view of this situation. © 2012 IEEE.
