The article deals with mathematical modeling for analyzing the capacity of a multiprocessor system with Tasks Managers with the strategy of separation in space. Research methods are based on concepts of the analytical modeling theory, systems theory and queuing networks, probability theory and stochastic processes. The article presents analytical equations for the research of tasks managers with the strategy of separation in space for multiprocessor systems based on open queuing networks. The analytical part has been checked by simulation modeling. The dependence under study has been illustrated by diagrams. Waste-generation schemes for β-lactam cephalosporin production were compared. It was shown that effluents from chemical transformation and purification steps are the most ecologically polluted and hazardous. Therefore, the issue of reduced environmental impact must be resolved first for these process steps. In general, the technogenic load from cephalothin sodium salt production was greater than that from cephalexin monohydrate production. © 2016 Springer Science+Business Media New York

A method of determining the composition of multicomponent gaseous media based on the use of a multichannel system with set of sensors possessing selective sensitivity to individual components is proposed. Functions for the conversion of the signals of the individual sensors and of the system of channels as a whole in light of the simultaneous influence of all the components on each channel are obtained. The direct and inverse problem of measuring the concentrations of the components of a particular medium are solved by means of an iterative procedure. © 2015, Springer Science+Business Media New York.

A technique of verifying the adequacy of an algorithm for estimating the polycomposition of gaseous media in terms of the adequacy of a corresponding mathematical model of a multichannel system is developed. The mathematical model is based on a previously proposed iterational process (algorithm) for estimating the parameters of a model that takes into account the totality of data in all the channels. A technique for more precise verification of the adequacy of the mathematical model, by means of which a result in the form of the confidence limits of the parameters may be obtained, is developed with the use of a dispersion approach. © 2016 Springer Science+Business Media New York

The velocity and pressure fields under boundary conditions corresponding to the design of a mixer-electrocoalescing device for production of water-in-oil emulsions are analyzed by numerical methods in the SALOME medium. The investigations conducted made it possible to select optimal structural parameters of the unit. The mathematical model proposed allows for calculation of the velocity field, electrical field, and pressure distribution within the mixer-electrocoalescing device. © 2015 Springer Science+Business Media New York.

A simple scheme of the noise voltage generator with a Gaussian instantaneous-value distribution and specified energy spectrum bounds is presented. The scheme is based on emitter-coupled logic (ECL) microcircuits. As reference noise, the “digital” noise of the pseudorandom number generator, which is expressed via the contents sum of the set of its adjacent bits, is used. The “digital” noise is converted into an analog voltage by adding current quanta produced by the ϰ500ЛП115 differential receivers. The main characteristics of the device are as follows: the peak-to-peak amplitude of the differential noise voltage is 600 mV and the distribution law is normal. The noise energy spectrum is bounded from above by the clock rate and from below by the number of bits of the pseudorandom number generator. In the tested prototype with a clock rate of 10 MHz, it varies from 78 kHz to 6 MHz. © 2015, Pleiades Publishing, Inc.
