The thematic justification is due to the fact that the problem of inclusive education implementation in the modern period is very popular and requires close examination. Object of the article is to determine the conditions of formation of social successfulness of students with disabilities in the system of continuous inclusive education on the basis of value approach. Basic methods of research are the study of research and methodological materials and regulatory documentation, analysis and synthesis, interpretation of findings; main research approach is axiological value approach implementable based on the principles of continuity, consistency and purposefulness. The study revealed and tested the conditions of formation of social successfulness of students with disabilities on the basis of value approach: ensuring the continuity of formation of social successfulness of persons with disabilities within the multilevel system of inclusive education “family – preschool education – general education – additional education of children – secondary professional education – higher professional education – further professional education”; creation of the system of continuous inclusive education taking into account the peculiarities of the medical and social models of disability in students; organized work of a teacher with the use of special methods and means of education that correspond to the individual peculiarities of students with disabilities; activities of an educational organization related to the creation of special conditions for training and education of students and ensuring the mutual understanding between the subjects of educational process; focused training of future and practicing teachers for fork with students with disabilities in the mode of inclusion implementation. Materials of the article can be useful for teachers of the system of training and further training of pedagogical personnel and provide the basis for the Concepts on implementation of inclusion in multilevel and continuous educational system of Bashkortostan. © 2015 by iSER, International Society of Educational Research.

The article considers the problem and the importance of formation of the active personal position of schoolchildren. Active personal position is a complex concept, which includes the ability to a problem solution, the ability to work in a team, the ability to express his or her views. The formation of an active personal position at school is necessary for the further development of the personality and the ability to evaluate their own activities in the society. Assessment and monitoring system is needed for complex and comprehensive development of active personal position. Thus, the purpose of the article is to develop such system theoretically. For this purpose, the methods of analysis, synthesis, and theoretical modeling were applied, and psycho-pedagogical and methodological literature was studied and summarized. The developed theoretical assessment system of active personal position of schoolchildren allows to devise an individual approach to each child based on the evaluation results, as well as to develop new methodological approaches for students’ development. © 2016 Kunanbayeva.

On the basis of the legislative acts of the Russian Empire, the article shows the colonialist essence of the policy pursued by the tsarist government in Kazakhstan. Besides, the article reveals the role and importance of legislative documents for studying socio-economic and socio-political history of the country. The author analyzed many legislative acts reflecting the colonialist policy of the Russian Empire concerning peoples who lived on the territory of modern Kazakhstan in the 18-19th centuries. These acts are studied in chronological sequence. They are connected with certain sphere of public relations. The author studied the system of colonial legislation, used by the Russian Empire on annexed territories, in terms of historicism, objectivity and other scientific principles of historical knowledge. The article contains findings and propositions of leading specialists. They formulated basic principles for source study. Moreover, the article contains noteworthy theoretical findings of the author himself. The author demonstrated the complex approach to studying legislative acts, used a good combination of scientific research methods aimed at collecting, analyzing, systematizing and generalizing information.

Pavlodar is an old city in the north of Kazakhstan, which has borders with Russia. More than 50 monuments of architecture preserve history of the city founded in 1720. Development of architectural image of the city historically connected with economic, cultural and social development of Russia, foundation of the USSR and attainment of independence by Kazakhstan. Evolution of architectural environment of Pavlodar covers four periods with the special regularities in development of architectural and planning aspects, and also aspects of composition and style: the first period - beginning of the XVIII - beginning of the XIX centuries - organization of territory of the outpost; the second period - beginning of the XIX - beginning of the XX centuries - formation of trade and craft environment of the city; the third period - the beginning of the XX - the end of the XX centuries - formation of architectural environment of the city in the Soviet time; the fourth period - the end of the XX - the beginning of the XXI centuries - development of architectural image of the city in post-Soviet period. Landscape, social and demographic situation, level of development of trade and industry, town-planning norms and rules and functions of the city influenced formation of environment and architectural system of the city.

Artistic traditions in Kazakhstan were formed under unique conditions connected with the cultural and historical happenings of the country. Formation of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics (1920), implementation of the cultural revolution (1917-1946) led to the cooperation in sphere of artistic education of Russia and Kazakhstan. Familiarizing the population of Kazakhstan with easel painting began in amateur studio created by Russian artists in the 20s. The necessity of the republic for professional painters was partially resolved in 1938 with the opening of Alma-Ata Art School. In the 30-50s activity of the repressed and evacuated artists, organization of the Union of artists of Kazakhstan, planned organization of creative exhibitions intensified artistic life of the republic. Pedagogical and artistic activity of the Kazakh painters, educated in universities of Russia, became a factor for the development of artistic education and formation of national school of painting in Kazakhstan.

The article deals with psychophysiological development singularities of children and teenagers of 7-15 years of age living in the rural area of the Pavlodar Region. The following methodology was used for the research: determination of short-term mechanical memory using numerical rows; determination of short-term semantic memory; determination of logical memory using meaning-bearing phrases of various length; determination of mental capacity using correction test; determination of trait anxiety (C.D. Spilberger & Y.L. Khanin); diagnostics of the level of anxiety at school (Phillips' methodology). Analysis of the obtained data gave reasons to conclude that rural girls were ahead of their peers by the index of mental capacity. The article proves based on data obtained in the result of the experiment that rural schoolchildren are in the state of moderate anxiety (at that, girls have somewhat higher anxiety than boys do), and that the volumes of verbally logical and mechanical memory increase over age.
