The micro-spheres were prepared based on the monomers of acrylic(AA), acrylamide (AM) and poly(ethylene glycol) methyl acrylate(PEGMA)by inverse suspension process. Effects of dispersant, stirring rate, ratio of monomers, degree of acrylic acid neutralization, crosslinking agent and co-initiator were studied. The distilled water absorption ratio of micro-spheres prepared under the best condition(the temperature of polymerization is 75 ℃, PEGMA content accounts for 35% of monomer, neutralization is 80%, initiator content accounts for 1.5% of monomer and crosslinker content accounts for 0.1% of monomer)reaches the maximum of 706 g/g, and the fluid absorption ratio in 0.9% NaCl solution is 85 g/g. The spatial-temporal evolution of the basin structures plays important roles in controlling the generation, migration and accumulation of hydrocarbon. Based on the analysis of the large amounts of seismic data and lithological materials, the features and evolution of the controlling fault systems in different tectonic stages were discussed. In addition, the structural characteristics, reservoir-forming conditions and distribution of different structural units were compared. The results showed that the basin structure of Dongying Sag changed in Cenozoic which was controlled by the development and evolution of the fault system. In the early phase, it exhibited northeast faulting, southwest overlapping feature. Later, it turned to a north faulting, south overlapping structure. Besides, reservoir-forming conditions and distribution of different structural units also changed. Hydrocarbon accumulation of abrupt slope belt was related to the development of rolling anticline, fault nose and sandy conglomeratic body and that of gentle slope belt was mainly controlled by the development of large rolling anticline, while the hydrocarbon accumulation of sag belt was related to turbidity sand body. And the possible favorable reservoir forming area is along the long axle of the central anticline belt. Source

Hydroxyl zinc mono-methacrylate (HZMMA)/carbon black/hydrogenated nitrile rubber (HNBR) composites were prepared using HZMMA and carbon black N774 as mixed reinforcing agent.The morphology structure evolution and mechanical properties of the composites were studied by DSC, FT-IR, XRD during the vulcanization process. The results show that the stretching vibration absorption peak of unsaturated double bond and the characteristic diffraction peak of the crystal rapidly disappear using dicumyl peroxide as curing agent. With the prolongation of the curing time, the tensile strength and modulus at 100% of the composites increase slightly, and the tear strength and elongation at break decrease. After the post curing, the modulus at 100% increases, the tensile strength and hardness increase further, and the elongation at break and tear strength decrease. Source

With ultrasonic assistant mixing way, an intercalated mixture of polyol/organo reactive montmorillonite (ORMMT) was pretreated. The prepolymer composed MMT clay was prepared by reaction of polyol/ORMMT mixture with toluene diisocyanate (TDI). The resultant prepolymer reacted with extender (DMTDA) and then the polyurethane-urea/organo reactive montmorillonite (PUU/ORMMT) nanocomposites were obtained. The structure, morphology and properties of PUU/ORMMT nanocomposites were characterized by FT-IR, TEM, AFM, strain-stress machine, TGA, and dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA). The results showed that when the OMMT content is 3%, the PUU/ORMMT nanocomposities performed super mechanical properties. Because of the presence of ORMMT, both Tg of the soft segment and tanδ of the PUU increased, and the decomposition temperature for the first step and the second step increased respectively. TEM images showed that the organophilic MMT particles in the PUU composite exhibit a high degree of intercalation and exfoliation. © 2012 Higher Education Press and Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg. Large size polymer micro-spheres were controlling prepared by inverse suspension process. Effects of stirring rate, emulsifier, crosslink monomer and co-initiator azodiisobutyronitrile (AIBN) on the size and properties of micro-spheres were studied. The experimental results show that at constant stirring rate, the more content of the emulsifier is, the smaller size of the micro-spheres is. When content of the emulsifier keeps constant, the increase of stirring rate benefits the decrease of the micro-spheres size. The content of crosslink monomer has little effect on the size of micro-spheres. In salinity water, water absorption ratio of the micro-spheres decreases rapidly, and the bibulous rate decreases with the increase of ionic. With decrease of the micro-spheres size, the bibulous rate increases, which reaches the maximum when the size is about 55 μm. The size of the micro-spheres decreases significantly after adding AIBN into the initiator system. These micro-spheres with the size about 5 μm show the effective plugging performance with plugging ratio of 80%-90%. Source
