In the article the possibility of bioinfluence application in oilfield Uzen producing horizons are identified on the basis of the geotechnical data analysis, microbiological study of reservoir fluids, and gas forming process study in biological systems composed by the usage of bioreagents.It is found that in the formations of the XIII horizon has favorable environmental condition for the development of bioprocesses. In interpretating the geological and geophysical data for prospecting and exploration of oil and gas fields, there is a need to investigate the formation process, the formation of the compositions, the mode of occurrence in the geological structure and parameters of the velocity, density and specific resistance of the fluid. In this article, the author briefly reviews the current views on the theory of the origin of oil and gas at high temperatures and pressures in the natural mode of occurrence.


The problem of increasing efficiency of operation of oilfield systems at "Zhetybai" oil field is an important direction of research. Currently, this problem acquires particular importance in connection with the entry of the field into a late stage of development, characterized by high water cut. It should also be noted that a significant fraction of the produced products are heavy oil with abnormal rheological properties. To prevent the development of sulfate reduction and reduction of corrosion rate of oil-field equipment we have designed a new reagent Composite-1, which possesses both antibacterial and anticorrosive properties. The investigation of the new bactericide inhibitor and its analogues effect on "Zhetybai" oil rheological properties at temperatures of 40 °C and 50 °C was of concern. This provided the motivation to study the new bactericide inhibitor and its analogues on the rheological properties of oilfield "Zhetybai", at temperatures of 40 °C and 50 °C. On the basis of the observed rheological curves of initial oil without adding reagents it was identified that the oil from "Zhetybai" field manifests non-Newtonian flow behaviour. Regulation of these properties is achieved through the colloid-chemical properties of reagent Composite-1.

Here, the example of gas and oil reservoir horizon VII of the "Sangachaly-Duva Hara Zyra" is considered where the gas produced in the development consists partly of free gas which is produced along with the gas dissolved in the oil. Thus, in the production of oil wells, oil and dissolved gas is present as well as free gas. Using a modified version of the formula due to M.A. Zhdanov, a method is proposed to estimate the contribution of free gas in these oil wells.

This article focuses on the unsuccessful interpretation of geophysical data from the territory of SD-1. Despite of the fact that the drilling data was received more than a quarter of a century ago, still the geologists and geophysics have debates about the results. Some refute the interpretation that the well drilled into a long-term developing volcano whilst others consider misinterpretation of various geophysical methods. Most attention was given to the geological interpretation of the gravitational field, including area of SD-1, from many scientists and studies over many years. However analysis of the geotectonic regimes based on the gravity anomalies (observed and transformed) together with other geological and geophysical data - remained an elusive goal.
