This paper provides the results of researches in a large class of wavelet transformations, in particular, were investigated such types of wavelets as Haar, Daubechies, coiflets, Mayer's, biorthogonals. Dependences of compression ratio are analyzed on the relation with a PSNR. There were objectively compared the qualitative characteristics of the compressed image with respect to traditional compression methods in terms of compression efficiency. © 2016 National University Lviv Polytechnic.

Theoretical statement of electrodynamic engineering process is determined by the specific differential Maxwell system in the case of isotropic heterogeneous lines under expofunctional influences. The proven solvability criterion in the class of non generalized functions shows equivalence of such Maxwell system to the general wave PDE (partial differential equation) regarding all unknown electromagnetic field intensities. Basing on this equation, two types of respective boundary problems are formulated and solved uniformly. Those problems statement and explicit solution give mathematical simulation and effective analysis of electromagnetic wave propagation in various heterogeneous isotropic lines during arbitrary large time intervals. © 2015 IEEE.

The non-coherent attack on the ping-pong protocol with completely entangled pairs of three-dimensional quantum systems (qutrits) is analyzed. The expression for the amount of the eavesdropper's information as functions of attack detection probability is derived. It is shown that the security of the ping-pong protocol with pairs of qutrits is higher than the security of the protocol with pairs of qubits. It is also shown that with the use by legitimate users in a control mode of two mutually unbiased measuring bases, the ping-pong protocol with pairs of qutrits possesses only asymptotic security, as well as the protocol with entangled qubits. © Springer Science+Business Media, LLC 2010.

Mathematical simulation of electromagnetic wave propagation in the flat isotropic heterogeneous linear guided systems is considered in the presence of expofunctional influences. Main types of boundary problems are proposed as analytical models of the aforesaid electrodynamic phenomena in excited media. All given statements have different boundary and initial conditions but are based on one and the same general wave equation regarding all unknown scalar components of electromagnetic field vector intensities. In its turn, originally, this wave PDE (partial differential equation) is generated by the specific case of differential Maxwell system. Equivalence of both objects in class of non generalized functions is proved by criterion whose additional solvability conditions allow formulating respective electrodynamic boundary problems correctly. © 2015 IEEE.

Vector boundary Riemann problem with permutation matrix coefficient is proposed as analytic technique of the Landau-Lifshitz equation study. Spectral parameter of the latter varies on a hyperelliptic surface in the case of complete anisotropy and arbitrary finite genus of covering. Algebraic equations of coverings regarding the unknown vector field function are obtained as for the original problem statement, as for the most interesting non-Abelian (non-commutative) version caused by the initially given commutative condition. © 2014 IEEE.

The Landau-Lifshitz equation is solved explicitly using inverse scattering method and the homogeneous matrix boundary Riemann problem technique. Spectral parameter of equation varies on a torus in the case of arbitrary kind of covering and complete anisotropy. Algebraic equations with respect to the unknown vector field function are also obtained as for two-, as for four-sheeted covering of a torus and complex plane correspondingly. The latter deals with the most interesting and the unexpected non commutative matrix boundary Riemann problem statement related to the original conditions of the Landau-Lifshitz equation. © 2014 by Begell House, Inc.

In its turn, this PDE is generated by the specific statement of differential Maxwell system.
