This paper discusses the structure, the main modules, and the operating principle of an automatic interferometric system developed for monitoring large UV optical systems and its use for the assembly, adjustment, and monitoring of large UV objectives. This paper discusses the problem of observing space objects by astrooptical equipment through breaks in clouds. The main factors that influence this process are described.
