[Problem] An object of the present invention is to precisely and efficiently perform a connection between a motor and a control unit with a connection part configured as a single member in a case that the control unit is arranged adjacent the motor along a direction of the rotational shaft of the motor. [Means for solving the problem] The present invention is the connection part 100 for connecting the motor 200 and the control unit 300, and the connection part 100 comprising a ring shape control unit mounting flange 130 and a relay terminal 150, wherein the relay terminal comprises a conductive body 151 which electrically connects a conductive terminal formed to be protruded from the motor and a control terminal of the control unit, and a protection section which surrounds a periphery of the conductive terminal formed to be protruded from the motor.


[Problem] In joining conductors by resistance welding, a resistance welding device and a resistance welding method capable of determining a joining quality, and a shape of a projection appropriate for determination of the joining quality, and used for the projection welding are provided, and their electrical reliability and mechanical joining strength are improved by using the resistance welding device, the resistance welding method, and the shape of the projection for projection welding for connecting conductors of an electric power steering apparatus. [Means for solving the problem] A resistance welding device 1000 is provided with a moving distance measuring section 1007 for measuring distances between conductors 1004 and 1005 to be joined before and after joining and evaluating joining quality based on the distances, and a projection 200 including a base 210 and a projecting surface 230 is provided to the conductor 1005 to be connected in order to easily secure a distance between the conductors after the joining.

[Problem] An object of the present invention is to provide a high-performance electric power steering apparatus that reduces uncomfortable feeling of a driver by improving judgment of turning or returning and performing fine control of a steering state to improve a function of convergence control. [Problem] An object of the present invention is to provide the terminal connector and the terminal connection method that are capable of properly keeping the contact area and the contact surface pressure of the electrical contact portion for a long term even if the respective terminals of the motor and the control unit are configured at a simple shape, and to provide the optimum terminal connector and terminal connection method to use for the electric power steering apparatus, the electric actuator and so on. [Problem] An object of the present invention is to provide an electronic part mounting heat-dissipating substrate which enables a circuit for which a power semiconductor in which a large current flows is used to reduce the wiring resistances of a large power operation and improve the heat dissipation. [Means for Solving] The present invention is an electronic part mounting heat-dissipating substrate which comprises lead frames of wiring pattern shapes formed by conductor plate and an insulating member 130 which is provided between the lead frames 110, wherein a plate surface of a part arrangement surface of said conductor plate and a top surface of said insulating member at a side of said part arrangement surface form one continuous surface, the lead frames have different thicknesses, the thick lead frame 110H is used for a large current signal and the thin lead frame 110L is used for a small current signal, a plate surface of a back surface of the part arrangement surface and a top surface of the insulating member at a side of the back surface at the part arrangement surface-side are formed in an identical plane.

A terminal connection structure includes a first terminal, a second terminal, and a terminal guide. The first terminal includes a held portion. The second terminal includes a plate-shaped base portion, a pair of holding portions projecting from one end of the base portion to hold the held portion from both sides, and a plate-shaped bridge portion projecting from the other end of the base portion in a direction crossing relative to the base portion. The terminal guide includes a guide hole having one end at which the first terminal is disposed, and the other end from which the second terminal is inserted.
