At present, the pursuit of light weight and high strength of badminton racket has promoted the vigorous development of new badminton rackets materials and related research. Magnesium alloys, as the lightest metal structural materials, have been studied and applied to the new badminton rackets materials in recent years. This paper explores the effect of different heat treatment processes on mechanical properties after the new type Mg-4Al-2Si alloy badminton rackets materials is heat processed. To fully guarantee the health and safety of China's martial arts sportsman and provide medical service for those who have suffered sport injury, the injury features and basic causes were fully analyzed by taking common knee joint injury of martial sport as example,. Through questionnaire analysis and image analysis, 1200 martial arts sportsmen were brought into such clinical investigation, and the specific causes for their knee joint injuries were comprehensively analyzed. In addition, during the athletic rehabilitation period, the sports intensity and content were comprehensively adjusted. Results show that, high challenge training and common martial arts routine are of basic causes for knee joint injury of martial arts sportsman. Of all 1200 sportsmen, the injured ones account for 61% (732/1200), moreover these injuries were significantly related to factors such as individual quality, age, years doing martial arts. In addition, by adjusting the training content, the curative efficiency was significantly improved and the curative effect was very significant. From such investigation we can conclude that knee joint injury is the most common type of sport injury for martial arts sportsman, and the cause is relatively complex and can be subjective or objective. Therefore, to decrease the occurrence rate of knee joint injury, knowledge must be promoted to decrease the occurrence rate of injury from subjective and objective aspects, so as to provide a better guarantee for the physical health of martial arts sportsmen.

1000 metabolic syndrome patients were selected to explore the improvement effect of diet control combined with aerobic badminton exercise on insulin resistance, blood lipids, and blood glucose index of patients with metabolic syndrome (MS), and provide more reasonable and scientific medical guidance and help for treatment of related disease in the future. At the same time, 1000 patients with the same circumstances in the same period were selected as control group to be treated with simple diet control. Blood pressure, insulin resistance, blood lipid and blood glucose of the two groups before and after intervention were recorded and analyzed. The results show that improvement of blood glucose and blood lipids in observation group patients was significantly better than that of control group patients, the difference between the two groups p < 0.05, was statistically significant. The results confirmed that diet control combined with aerobic badminton exercise can effectively reduce blood pressure in patients with metabolic syndrome, with positive regulation of lipid metabolism, glucose metabolism and insulin resistance of metabolic syndrome patients. Compared with other forms of treatment, the combination of exercise and diet control is safer and healthier, without unnecessary harm and side effects. In future treatment, diet control combined with aerobic badminton is recommended to be widely used for metabolic syndrome patients and improve their quality of life.

A label-free amperometric immunosensor for the detection of methamphetamine was developed. The prussian blue deposited/l-cystine-modified electrode was covered with nano-Au/(3-mercaptorpropyl) trime-thoxysilane film. Then, the nano-Au was used for the immunosensor platform to capture a large amount of anti-methamphetamine. PB exhibited excellent electrocatalytical properties toward the reduction of H2O2 at low overpotentia to amplify the amperometric signal, which enhanced the sensitivity of the immunosensor. The active sites of PB could be shielded and the access of H2O2 from solution to the electrode might be partially blocked after the completion of immunoassay, led to a linear decrease in the response current of the electrode over the range from 1.0×10-8 to 5.0×10-6molL-1of MA. The obtained immunosensor displayed excellent catalytic reduction toward H2O2 due to high activity and selectivity of PB. The influence of relevant experimental variables, including the construction of immunosensor platform, the amount of MPS and the time of immunoaction, was examined and optimized. © 2013 Elsevier B.V.

Objective: By analyzing the effect of soybean polypeptide food on physical recovery of basketball players, we explored the influence of soybean peptide on immune system and its antioxidant effect, thus to provide a theoretical basis for the development of soybean peptide. Methods: By combining single factor experiment with response surface analysis, we did an optimization research on enzymolysis technology of soybean antioxidant peptides; gel filtration chromatography was adopted to separate bean pulp powder hydrolysate and 3 components of polypeptides were obtained; furthermore, in vitro and in vivo antioxidant experiments were performed. Results: Soybean peptides could eliminate hydroxyl radicals (produced by Fenton reaction) and superoxide anion radical (produced by pyrogallol system); they could significantly inhibit H2O2-induced hemolysis of red blood cells; in addition, they had an inhibitory effect on lipid peroxidation to some degree. Conclusion: Soybean peptides have health care effects such as enhancement of immunity, oxidation resistance and delaying senescence.

In order to promote the continuous improvement of long-distance competition results, scientific and effective training have become the primary means of development. Through experimental study on the correlation between distance runners race results with dietary intervention, we found that in addition to effective and highly targeted training and simulation game training for long-distance runners, scientific and rational dietary ratio plays a decisive role on the training and race results. Dietary intervention can affect their body composition changes in the body to maintain a high hemoglobin concentration, increase its power and anaerobic valveless heart valve level, in order to stabilize the internal environment of normal oxygen supply. Meanwhile, the experiment also proved that dietary interventions can improve the ability of the players to restore the body to ensure that the quality of training before the game and competitive state, to provide the foundation for maintaining and improving athletic performance. In order to find out the status of unmanned area and staff position in mine, the important content for intelligent mine is the detection and location of personnel underground. Analyze the architecture of location system and location principle based on Internet of Things(IoTs) along with ZigBee wireless networks and pyroelectric sensor technology. In the meantime, Install test wireless network nodes and achieve measurement data. The results show that this technique is suitable for the worse physical conditions in mine, lower in cost, higher accuracy in location and detection. The recent years have witnessed the fast growth of mobile e-commerce in the world, and this model has become the most popular one among all the e-commerce models. However, compared with the traditional e-commerce models, the mobile e-commerce is less secure as the carriers, including smart phones, PDA, or handheld computers, can hardly reach the same high level of security as personal computers. The network gap caused by different network operators also causes the network delay when the users are doing cross-platform internet browsing. To solve these problems, a new scheme to reduce network delay and improve security level has been put forward. This scheme proposes to install a "routing box" in user's home at first. When the smart equipment is to be connected to the Internet, it shall log in on the equipment to be connected to the nearest cloud server which will send the connection request and connect the user to his/her aimed website quickly. Through SSL + WPKI protocol, the user's log-in information and other forms of information can be safely transmitted. The visiting history can be stored in cache in different levels via cloud server. Therefore, when the relevant information is visited again, the user request can be sent to his/her smart equipment through the nearest cloud server, which can resolve the network gap caused by cross-platform visiting.
