To predict textile quality fluctuation from the perspective of uncertainty factors, first, the reasons and patterns of quality fluctuation in the industrial textile processing were analyzed, and knowledge representation of textile quality attributes was studied. Second, through the theories of human-machineenvironment- system-engineering (HMESE), probability, and statistics, the uncertainty factors that affect textile production quality were extracted, and generation mechanism, interaction relationship and behavioral characteristics of them was explored. Then, an improved human-machine-environment brittle model oriented to the textile processing was built. As verified by the experiment and simulation, the results have shown that the improved brittle model has achieved a full range analysis of quality uncertainty of the textile, which are from the reason and pattern of quality fluctuation to generation mechanism, mutual relations, and behavior identification of the uncertainty factors. © 2015 Binary Information Press & Textile Bioengineering and Informatics Society. This study proposed the optimal strategy and suggestion with the sense of realistic value, through the study on food safety incidents of major sports events, so as to provide the theory support for the sustainable and stable development of hosting the major sports events, which can drive the development of the other different types, different levels of sports events. With the rapid development of economy and the fast integration step of world trade, the problem of food security becomes the major problem of the global problems. © Maxwell Scientific Organization, 2015. This study aims to explore the effect of carbohydrate-protein drinks on androgen metabolism of athletes engaging in strength-needed sports items after acute resistant exercises. We chose 63 male athletes who engaging in strength-needed sports items and divided them randomly into three groups, carbohydrate-high protein group (HP group, CHO:PRO=3:1), carbohydrate-low protein group (LP group, CHO:PRO=6:1) and carbohydrate group (C group). Total intake of drinks was 15 ml·kg-1 and concentration of carbohydrate (CHO) was 8%. Drink intakes in 30 min before exercise, during exercise and 30 min after exercise were 6 ml·kg-1, 3 ml·kg-1 and 6 ml·kg-1, respectively. Resistant exercises were divided into deep squats and bench presses, and the load was 70% 1RM. Every athlete had four groups of resistant exercises and each group was repeated for eight times. Athletes could have 60 s rest between each group of exercise and 90 s rest after completion of four groups. After that, the load was changed to 50% 1RM, but rest time between each group of exercise remained the same. Bench presses were carried on after 150 s rest after deep squats, and the exercise load was the same as deep squats. Venous blood samples and urine samples of rest time, immediately after exercise, 3 h recovery time and next day morning after exercise were collected to test androgen levels in blood and urine as well as other exercise monitoring indexes. Objective: By analyzing the effect of soybean polypeptide food on physical recovery of basketball players, we explored the influence of soybean peptide on immune system and its antioxidant effect, thus to provide a theoretical basis for the development of soybean peptide. Methods: By combining single factor experiment with response surface analysis, we did an optimization research on enzymolysis technology of soybean antioxidant peptides; gel filtration chromatography was adopted to separate bean pulp powder hydrolysate and 3 components of polypeptides were obtained; furthermore, in vitro and in vivo antioxidant experiments were performed. Results: Soybean peptides could eliminate hydroxyl radicals (produced by Fenton reaction) and superoxide anion radical (produced by pyrogallol system); they could significantly inhibit H2O2-induced hemolysis of red blood cells; in addition, they had an inhibitory effect on lipid peroxidation to some degree. Conclusion: Soybean peptides have health care effects such as enhancement of immunity, oxidation resistance and delaying senescence. Source

In this paper, the notions of anti-reflexive kernel, symmetric kernel, reflexive closure, and symmetric closure of a soft set relation are first introduced, respectively. Then, their accurate calculation formulae and some properties are obtained. Finally, soft set relation mappings and inverse soft set relation mappings are proposed, and some related properties are discussed. © 2010 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved. Source
