The applicability of the identification measurements of seismographic records for the formation of the informative parameters of their analysis is shown in this paper. The type of identification parameter is experimentally defined which change is connected with a distribution structure of the seismographic records reading. The computer device was created realizing the seismographic records analysis with the instruments of identification measurements. The method for determination of the earthquake precursors is offered which is based on the consecutive comparison of an identification S-parameter changing as approaching the earthquake moment with some of its threshold value. The seismographic records analysis with the various forces of earthquakes allowed establishing the threshold value of S-parameter in the expert way for the operational forecast of earthquakes. © 2016 IEEE.

The effective performance of the various types' modern storages assumes the solution of a number of tasks for the ensuring of raw materials reliable safety and the optimum use of a storage area. Thus, the problem of monitoring of the stored raw materials is currently important. There are some difficulties of monitoring which arise at the storage of loose dimensional objects with an uneven surface. The paper studied the key aspects of a subsystem development of a volume monitoring of the loose dimensional objects with an uneven surface which is the main component of the automated control system of a storage technological process of innovative type. The received algorithms and methods will allow carrying out the continuous automated supervision (measurement) over the granary work process, and the measurements results will promote the control recommendations. © 2016 IEEE.

The relevance of the study due to the destruction of the family and parent-child relationship caused by a number of socio-economic and other issues that determine the need for psycho-pedagogical support of their biological families. In this regard, this paper aims to reveal the contents of the program of psychological and pedagogical support biological families of children in institutions for orphans and children left without parental care. A leading approach to the study of this problem is systemic-activity approach, allowing to consider modern approaches to work with the biological family. The article presents the program of psycho-pedagogical support, during the implementation which uses the optimal forms and methods of interaction to strengthen the parent-child relationship, causing significant changes in the family system, ensuring realization and protection of the right of the child to live and grow up in the family. The article deals with the general review of unexplored material in world cultural, historical and literary heritage, devoted to the creative work of famous word painters of the XII century of the Islamic and Turkic poetic world: Zhusip Balasaguni, Kazakh Zhyrauy* of the XV-XVIII centuries, Asan kaygy, Aktamberdy, Bukhar, Shal and a poet of the beginning of the XX century Mashkhur Zhusip Kopeyuly. The problems of style peculiarities of poems of Turkic and Eastern poetry are studied on the basis on definite facts. Genre, linguistic and style varieties of Turkic poets' works are fundamentally studied in correlation with the poetry of Islamic world. Based on the analysis of works of Turkic Islamic world Zhusip Balasaguni, zhirauy of the XV-XVIII centuries and the poet Mashkhur Zhusip, genre and style peculiarities of works of kindred Turkic nations, which were not studied in the epoch of government of the Soviet Union Communist Party, were for the first time subject to critical re-evaluation purposefully and in complex. Studying the artistry of word-painters' works, we determine the individual handwritings, i.e. style: show the role of pieces in justification of genre identity, ideological and thematic peculiarities; in the course of determination of artistic peculiarities, we determine their function in development of their genre nature and reflecting the problems in modern poems of Turkic nations.

The paper analyzes the collections of the Peter the Great Museum of Anthropology and Ethnography (MAE RAS) and the Russian Ethnographic Museum (REM) (St. Petersburg, Russian Federation). Their study is of great importance both in the scientific-theoretical and practical aspects. In theory, their study is of particular interest, since at the turn of XXth century customs of the Kazakhs underwent dramatic changes, many traditions, which remained intact for centuries, were perceived as archaisms. The museum collections became the material and information basis, which could be used to reliably reconstruct the traditional way of life of the Kazakhs. The main objective of this paper is to study the collections of traditional Kazakh clothing (19th century), describing specific features of its national ornaments, comparison of modern and traditional ornamentation (19th century). Relevance of the problem being under study is amplified in the context of universal cultural globalization. Against this background, the uniqueness and originality of the Kazakh ethnic culture are threatened with extinction. This study reveals key tendencies related to the cultural impact of globalization on the ethnic and cultural identity of the modern Kazakh society by the example of studying national ornaments on traditional clothing. The authors conclude that some of the decorative motifs, presented in modern renovated clothes are applied incorrectly. The paper provides analysis of the factors that caused this phenomenon and recommendations to improve cultural background of the population. © 2016 Kunanbayeva et al.

The article describes an approach to the creation of systems for electro-thermal heating of unit axle railway car. The cementation removal of copper from the solutions fabricated during the autoclave leaching of sulfide zinc concentrates using the rotating disc procedure is investigated. A negative effect of lignosulfonates on the process rate is shown, its kinetic characteristics are determined, and assumptions on the possible causes of lowering the cementation rate are expressed. © 2015, Allerton Press, Inc.

Using daily distributions of noctilucent cloud fields obtained for 2007–2012 by the AIM satellite, we analyzed temporal changes in the area of the global field of mesospheric noctilucent clouds. These clouds have been shown to be characterized by some common features that can be approximated mathematically by simple functions reflecting the seasonal course of the temperature and humidity regime of the high-latitude mesosphere, allowing a clear physical interpretation. We discuss the specific features of changes in the cloud field area for individual seasons. © 2015, Pleiades Publishing, Ltd.

The effect of oxidative treatment on colloid-chemical properties of lignosulfonates was studied. Oxidation of lignosulfonates (403-423 K, P O2 = 0.2-0.8 MPa, 0.5-1 h) is accompanied by a decrease in the content of hydroxy groups and by an increase in the content of carbonyl groups in oxidation products. Under severe oxidation conditions (423-433 K, P O2 = 0.8 MPa, 3 h), lignosulfonates undergo chemical degradation with the formation of lower carboxy derivatives. The oxidized lignosulfonates exhibit lower performance, compared to the initial samples, in wetting and dispersion of sphalerite and elemental sulfur. © Pleiades Publishing, Ltd., 2013.
