The possibilities of the Reperen's polymer implant use for a plasty of the base of the skull and dura mater defects are investigated. It is established, that a material fully responses to modern requirements to implants: biocompatibility, plasticity, possibility of sterilization, compatibility with the neurovisualization methods, stability to mechanical loads, a low level of thermo- and electro-conduction, an available cost, a minimum risk of infectious complications. The implants from Reperen permit to close a defect of dura mater and the base of the skull in majority of cases, encountered in neurosurgical practice. The peculiarities of the cranioplasty operation methods and the dura mater plasty, the indications and contraindications to their use are presented. The CT-tomograms, demonstrating the proximate results, are demonstrated. The complications in postoperative period are described and analyzed. The recommendations on the inflammatory complication decrease are given.

The objective of the work is to assess the influence of spinal and epidural anesthesia with controlled hypotensive effect on hepatic function in patients in total hip replacement. Materials and methods. There has been studied the dynamics of hepatic enzymes and bilirubin indexes in 80 patients in hip replacement. Depending on the anesthesia method, three groups were considered: with spinal and epidural anesthesia with controlled hypotensive effect and normotensive spinal anesthesia using routine technique. Conclusion. Central segmental blocking with controlled intraoperative hypotension have no adverse effect on hepatic function that is confirmed by minor changes of the indexes of the studied biochemical tests, which in none of the investigations have not been out of the limits of ordinary values and have not differed from those in the control group with normotensive spinal anesthesia.

Aim of investigation is assessment of a segmental neurofunctional diagnosis method possibility in detection of the urinary bladder function reduction prognosis in patients with a vertebral and cerebrospinal trauma in a rehabilitation process. Materials and methods. An examination of 153 patients with a vertebral and cerebrospinal trauma, staying at the NNSRITO for rehabilitation in 2001-2009, has been made. A dynamic assessment of the electrocutaneous conductivity coefficient with a use of the urinary bladder neurogenetic dysfunction diagnosis method elaborated by authors is made in 74 patients. Results. A reliability of the urodynamic value reduction prognosis method in patients with a hyperactive urinary bladder is established (p=0.002). Conclusion. The elaborated method permits to make a screening diagnosis of the urinary bladder function reduction prognosis, quantitatively assess an adequacy of rehabilitation and timely correct the medical measures.
