Disclosed is a high-pressure gas hose or storage vessel comprising at least one layer of a resin composition comprising (A) 1,2-diol in a side chain-containing vinyl alcohol-based resin, and (B) fluororesin having polar functional group capable of reacting with or forming hydrogen bond(s) with hydroxyl group.
