Desulfurization tests of FCC light gasoline by extractive distillation were carried out. Optimum desulfurization solvent and the process conditions were selected. Results show that self-made TSJ is the optimum desulfurization solvent. Under the conditions of 2-stages distillation, a TSJ/FCC light gasoline volume ratio of 0. 4 and a FCC light gasoline space velocity of 1. 5 h -1, the sulfur content of treated FCC light gasoline A is dropped from 114 μg/g to 48.2 μg/g, the desulfurization rate is 57. 72% and the yield reaches 99. 20%, meeting the sulfur content of National TV emission standard for gasoline (≯ 50 μg/g). The sulfur-rich solvent TSJ can be regenerated by N2 tripping. After 5 times of regeneration and desulfurization, the desulfurization rate of FCC light gasoline A is nearly unchanged. Desulfurization of several FCC light gasolines by extractive distillation using TSJ was investigated and high desulfurization rate and high yield can be obtained.

In China, the gasoline caustic sludge is usually reated by acidification phenol extraction process. This technology has odor pollution problems. Here described are the package technologies for gasoline caustic sludge reatment which have been successfuly developed and applied n he commercial process units such as deep oxidation desulfurization, carbon dioxide neutralization and extraction phenol removal (LiFT-CR) and off-gas bisulfide removal. The process applies ful contact oxidation ower for he deep oxidation reatment of caustic sludge. The oxidized caustic sludge s further carbonation reated by iquid film mass ransfer reactor, carbonation and gasoline extraction process. And he bisulfides are separated and recovered from he ail gas of caustic sludge oxidation. After the operation of the unit, the unit has been running smoothy and reliably through optimization and adjustment of the oxidation emperature, air flow rate, feed flow rate, air volume for carbonation, PH of wastewater, etc and nnovation and mprovement of the fiber membrane reactor internals, caustic sludge filter, oxidation ower gas distributor etc. Thus treated waste water meet design discharge requirements. The doctor test, copper coupon corrosion est and water-soluble acid and alkali tests meet the required specifications and ail gas after desulfurization meets state standard for emission.
