It is very necessary for electricity market operation to accurate forecasting monthly electricity consumption, influencing factors of electricity consumption, there are non-linear and strong correlation, taking into account the cyclical trend of the monthly electricity consumption, this paper raises a monthly electricity consumption forecast model based on kernel partial least squares and exponential smoothing regression. The forecast model is the first to use kernel partial least squares regression methods to predict the annual electricity consumption, and then combined with exponential smoothing obtained monthly electricity accounts for the proportion of electricity consumption throughout the year for each month of the year to be measured power consumption. Instance analysis and calculation results show that the method has higher prediction accuracy, good practicality and feasibility. © (2013) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland. Source

For the power distribution network load transferring path optimization problem, this paper focuses on optimization scheme of load transferring path based on the fast non-dominated storing genetic algorithm (NSGA-II) with elitist strategy, this proposed method can avoid the selection of weight and the preference of the solution, and the solution sets can highlight the essence of optimization problems, then the fuzzy theory and the entropy weight are employed to extract the comprehensive optimal solution. Matlab's own photovoltaic cell can be used for the cell of PV module and array with partial shading. Configuration of PV module was analyzed. The comparative analysis of the output power of centralized system and AC modules system was obtained by simulation. The specific data confirm that AC modules system can improve power output efficiency, and AC modules system will be the mainstream of high efficient PV generation systems. Source

This paper proposes the design scheme of the open power network model management system based on IEC61970 international standard, service-oriented architecture and implementation techniques. The building and managing of full network model which includes CIM XML, SVG and E files are done by directly processing CIM objects, reflection functionality between CIM objects and CIM XML and other operation layer services. The SOA design idea and web service technology are applied to develop the fine-grained service components, and the coarse-grained service interfaces are opened through enterprise service bus to provide standard and accurate model information for application system. To find the weak points of power system reactive power compensation allocation, this paper presents an optimized configuration of the method, which gathers reactive power loads of 110 kV substation throughout the year to get the optimal probability curve, adopts optimal cover method to establish the optimized configuration model, and uses global search to find the optimal solution. Through the comparison between the optimized configuration scheme and the actual compensation capacity, this paper presents the substation with insufficient reactive power compensation allocation, which supplies effective recommendations for the power system planners.
