To complex system, its performance is related to many disciplines nowadays. This article proposed a new multidisciplinary collaborative modeling and simulation platform (MCMSP) in designing complex product. The platform is knowledge based so earlier design results and model can help new designers to shorten the development cycle. The method which for solving the stress intensity factor based on fracture mechanics theory are discussed. On this basis, introduced a processes for calculate stress intensity factors on the diaphragm pump crankshaft. The crankshaft contains a three-dimensional crack which stress intensity factors for finite element analysis and calculation with the use of Ansys finite element analysis software. At the same time, the method with use of macro command about Ansys software to establish threE-dimensional crack model were expatiated, and using this method to analyze 12 kinds of cases for each cross section of crankshaft containing threE-dimensional cracks, in order to evaluate the gradation of the risk on various cross-section with crack. Through finite element analysis calculation can determine whether to expand the crankshaft crack, so as to provide reference for the detection technology of production process.

The original process of elbow pipe casting was improved, because of leakage and blowhole of casting. In order to remove the defects, realize directional solidification of casting, the side closed riser was set on the two sides of base flange and riser allowance was put under the flange, so the dispersed shrinkage was removed. The ingate was put on the riser, the melt iron enters into mold smoothly and steadily, the gas was avoided entering into mould. The temperature was increased from 1 550℃ to 1 575℃, the side riser air vent was installed, the blowhole was removed, the production was verified, the yield of casting was increased. ©, 2015, Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society. In allusion to the work process for a diaphragm of diaphragm chamber, a simplified two-dimensional axisymmetric finite element model of membrane structure was established, and laid bare the implicit dynamics analysis, while a three-dimensional symmetrical structure whole finite element model of the diaphragm chamber and diaphragm was established and laid bare the analysis for fluid-solid coupling. At last, for two different methods and results began comparison in order to elicit a reasonable numerical simulation method which will be used to simulate the changes on stress and displacement of diaphragm movement, so as to guide reasonable diaphragm design.
