Several 2-[5-(3-Methyl-1H-1,2,4-triazolyl) substituted benzylidenanilin-2-yl] benzimidazole (3a-f),2-[4-{(3-Methyl-1H-1,2,4-triazolyl)-2-(2-substitutedphenylthiazolidinon-3-yl)}phenyl] benzimidazole (4a-f) and 2-[{4-(3-Methyl-1H-1,2,4-triazolyl) substituted piperazinyl phenyl}]benzimidazole (5a-c) have been synthesised by conventional synthesis and microwave methodology. The synthesized derivatives were characterized by IR, 1H-NMR, Mass and elemental analysis (C, H, N). Furthermore the synthesized benzimidazoles (3a-f), (4a-f) and (5a-c) were screened for antimicrobial, insecticidal and anthelmintic activities. The compound 4e displayed significant biological activities among the all synthesised derivatives and screened for the acute toxicity. Source

Several N- [ {5-( 1′ -phenyl-5′ -(substituted aryl)-2′ -pyrazol-3′ -yl)amino} -1,3,4-thiadiazol-2-yl]methylamino[1,3,4] thiadiazino(6,5-b)indole 8(a-i) and N-[{5-(1′-Acetyl-5′-(substituted aryl)-2′-pyrazolin-3′-yl)amino}-1,3,4-thiadiazol-2-yl] methyl amino[1,3,4]thiadiazino(6,5-b)indole 9(a-i) have been synthesized from N[{(5-(Arylidmylacetyl)amino)-1,3,4-thiadiazol-2-yl}methiylamino]-1,3, 4-thiadiazino(6,5-b) indole 7(a-i). All the synthesized compounds have been characterized by elemental and spectral (I.R., 1H- NMR, Mass) analysis. Furthermore, above said compounds were evaluated for their antifungal and antibacterial activities. Compound 9c was found the most potent one with lesser toxicity in this series. © 2011 RASÄYAN. Data mining is a technology to explore, analyze (knowledge discovery from data) the data and At last, extract the interesting (non-trivial, implicit, previously unknown and potentially useful) pattern or knowledge from huge amount of data. In this paper, we discuss about the problem in online mining of data in large transactional database, here we apply association rule for mining the data which helps to remove the redundant rule and helps in compact representation of rules for user. In this paper, optimized algorithm has been proposed for online rule generation. The advantage of this algorithm is that the graph generated in our algorithm has less edge as compared to the lattice used in the existing algorithm. This algorithm generated all the essential rules and no rule is missing. The use of non redundant association rules help significantly in the reduction of irrelevant noise in the data mining process. © Research India Publications. Source

A series of 3-Amantadmyl-2-[(4-amino-3-aryl-5-yltWo)-l,2,4-triazolo]methyl) quinazolin-4-one 5(a-i) were prepared by the reaction of 3-AmantabUnyl-2-[(4- acetamido-3-ylthio)-1,2,4-triazolo]methy)quinazolin-4-one 4(a-i) with various 3-aryl-4-acetamido-5-mercapto triazoles. The compounds 5(a-i) biologically evaluated for their anti-inflammatory and antibacterial activities.Structures of the newly synthesized compounds were established on the basis of elemental and spectral (IR, 1H-NMR and Mass) analysis. Furthermore the prepared pharmacophores have been investigated for their their antifungal, antibacterial, and anti-inflammatory activities. Some novel heterocyclic derivatives of 1,1-bis(2-phenyl-5-arylidine-1,3- thiadiazolidin-4-one)cyclopropane 4(a-i) have been synthesized from cyclopropane dicarboxylic acid and substituted thiadiazole moieties. All the synthesized compounds have been characterized by elemental and spectral (I.R., 1H-NMR, Mass) analysis. Furthermore, above said compounds were screened for their antifungal and antibacterial activities. Compound 4c was found the most potent one which further evaluated for lesser toxicity test. Source
