Actual operation of the utility boiler is very complex, exists much influencing factors to combustion flame, needs new request to boiler flame examination and diagnosis. Based on the flame image which gathers from the tangential burner and the eddy burner, used the digital image processing technology, applied artificial nerve network intelligent theory, proposed an improved ART2 network algorithm, through process training and practical application, the improved ART2 network has good recognition capability to certain burner flame burning condition, has realized the real-time judgments of the burning condition, has obtained the good practical application effect in the scene. The disturbance of cerebral circulation causes disease that has the serious risk to the life. This paper proposed the nonlinear model based on hemodynamics and electric circuit graph theory, separately develop the model of the cerebral circulation network, and has designed controller in cotree branch, has confirmed this model accuracy through vertebral artery stenosis pathological simulation, simulation shows that it is consistent with blood flow change phenomenon of the clinical vertebral artery stenosis observation.
