We study the error sources and precision of precise trigonometric leveling with ATR(automatic target recognition). Based on the application of Fujin Dam in Fujiang, we analyzed the actual precision of trigonometric leveling with ATR of TCA2003 total station and its feasibility of substitution for second-order leveling.

We introduce the study and development about the BERNESEGPS software, and the principle of program designing of BERNESE 5. 0 software and its main functions, also it's characteristics for using in high-precision GPS data processing. Then we give one example for applying the BERNESEGPS software, Compared with the results computed by the GAMIT/GLOBK software, we verifie the reliability of the precision of the BERNESE 5. 0 software.
