[Object] To provide a system for automatically and reliably collecting information belonging to a given category, and matching the information appropriately in a timely manner. [Solution] A text classifying device 30 analyzes dependency of collected texts by a morpheme analyzing unit 52 and a dependency analyzing unit 54. A problem report collecting unit 64 specifies a core consisting of noun + predicate in a text based on dependency relation of the text, and using a combination of noun classification (trouble/non-trouble) and predicate classification (excitatory/inhibitory), classifies the text to a problem report or the rest, by a method referred to as core-based matrix. Support information collecting device 66 and request message collecting device 68 collect support information and request messages in the similar manner. A matching device 76 matches problem reports and support information collected by problem report collecting unit 64 and support information collecting device 66 by a method referred to as co-occurrence core matrix, and thus associates problem information (support information) with appropriate support information (problem information).

On a surface of a screen, a first direction parallel to a virtual plane and a second direction orthogonal to the first direction are defined. A basic diffusion member of the screen diffuses and transmits each light ray at a first angle in a first plane parallel to the first direction, and diffuses and transmits the light ray at a second angle larger than the first angle in a second plane parallel to the second direction. An adjustment diffusion member of the screen diffuses and transmits each light ray at an adjustment angle larger than the first angle in the first plane. The basic diffusion member and the adjustment diffusion member are stacked on each other such that a diffusion angle of each light ray by the screen in the first plane is adjusted to a target angle larger than the adjustment angle.

Provided is a DNN learning method that can reduce DNN learning time using data belonging to a plurality of categories. The method includes the steps of training a language-independent sub-network 120 and language-dependent sub-networks 122 and 124 with training data of Japanese and English. This step includes: a first step of training a DNN obtained by connecting neurons in an output layer of the sub-network 120 with neurons in an input layer of sub-network 122 with Japanese training data; a step of forming a DNN by connecting the sub-network 124 in place of the sub-network 122 to the sub-network 120 and training it with English data; repeating these steps alternately until all training data ends; and after completion, separating the first sub-network 120 from other sub-networks and storing it as a category-independent sub-network in a storage medium.

A spatial light modulator is constituted by a plurality of pixels. A rearrangement optical element guides the light generated by the plurality of pixels of the spatial light modulator onto the screen to rearrange a plurality of pixels on a screen. Each lens of a lens array emits the light generated by the plurality of pixels rearranged on the screen as light beams in respective different directions. A control device controls the spatial light modulator such that a three-dimensional image is presented by the plurality of light beams emitted by a plurality of lenses of the lens array.
