Anti-relaxation property , elastic modulus, spring torgue are emphasisly studied, in this article about heat-resisting spring alloy. reserch different heat treatment processes affecting anti-relaxation rate, as soon as spring torgue change with turning angle. The results prove the studing spring superior to Imported Products, the torgue meeting need of National-key-machine, affter arriving torque value 6.86N·m, rotating 90 degrees, testing torque value 5.12N·m, in general case, rotating 90 degrees testing torque value from 5.45 to 5.65N·m. Calculated value of the elastic module temperature coefficient is 3.91×10-4/°C. In 610°C, change of elastic modulus relative room temperature isΔE/Eo=23.78%. Source

This paper studies a new low-expansion alloy Fe-33Ni-4Co-1.2Nb for radome link purpose. The alloy have very low expansion coefficient (α20-100°C<0.9×10-6/°C). At the same time, the alloy have good mechanical properties and processing performance. The results indicated that the alloy have fairly resolved the joining problems about radome and body. Alloy Fe-33Ni-4Co-1.2Nb is a fine joining materials to manufacture radome link and sealing. Source

The observation with optical and electrionic probe microscope showed that the inclusion of Ni80 electrothermal alloy could be modified and the inclusion scale could be minished to less than 5 μm. The banding inclusion could be dispelled by rare earth Ce, and numerical measure in alloy could be reduce sharply. And the mechanical working properties could be improved. The experiments showed that high temperature life of Ni80 had deep relationship on rare earth Ce, and Ce component including, the high temperature life including. As the dendritic growing, dendritic brachium could grow to some ten micron. The little effect of resistance rate on Ce had been tested in this paper, at the same time, expansion coefficient had no variation in varied Ce content. Source

The mean elastic limit σ0.005 of studing copper alloy can reach 1062MPa by controlling new style Cu-Ni-Cr-Al alloy's ingredient composition, in addition, elastic stability of both 1h and 100h respectively reach 99.6% and 99.2%. The components made by new style copperalloy are of good consistency curve between force and displacement, meanwhile, checked well about elastic stability after long-term. Source
