Signal processing on graphs is an emerging field that attracts increasing attention. For applications such as multiscale transforms on graphs, it is often necessary to get a coarsened version of graph signal with its underlying graph. However, most of the existing methods use only topology information but no property of graph signals to complete the process. In this paper, we propose a novel graph signal coarsening method with spectral invariance, which means both the spectrum of the graph and the spectrum of the graph signal are approximately kept invariant. The problem is formulated into an optimization problem and is solved by projected subgradient method. Experiment results verify the effectiveness of the coarsening method. © 2014 IEEE.

Under lightning environment, architecture safety gets more and more attention while vehicle equipment falls into neglect. In lightning protection, earth device plays an important role. But conventional earth electrode of vehicle equipment can’t meet the needs of protection. In this paper, a new type of portable horizontal grid earth electrode has been designed for mobile equipment. With the impulse ground measurement system, the performance of horizontal earth electrodes are tested and analyzed. The responses to double exponential pulse current of four earth electrodes in different arrangements have been tested on cement floor, respectively. After filtering and calculating, the curves of Transient Grounding Resistance (TGR) in time domain can be gotten. The results show that the same numbers of electrodes have different stable value of TGR in different arrangements, and the lowest value is in a line arrangement. © 2015 Taylor & Francis Group, London.

Aiming at the demand of enhancing the reliability of battlefield situation assessment and easily producing the integrative analysis report of battlefield situation, this paper investigatesthe problems on the all-around battlefield situation assessment. First, the recognition of supposed battlefield situations is made by using non-monotone reasoning model on the basis of group analysis. Then, the method that collectively estimates the probability of suppositional battlefield situation by means of evidence reasoning is put forward. Last , how to produce the report of analyzing battlefield situations is discussed. © 2011 Springer-Verlag.

Aiming at the rapid change of commanding information system, this paper first puts forward a dynamic evaluating method about the efficiency of commanding information system on the basis of analyzing the index structure of evaluating the system, and a calculated example indicates that the method has good practicability and maneuverability. Then, an approach of affirming and revising the evaluating result is discussed, it has positive significance to enrich the evaluating efficiency of the commanding information system. © 2012 IEEE.
