Interaction between micro grid and distribution network plays an important role in improving absorptive capacity of new energy, increasing utilization ratio of distribution network assets and promoting the safe, economy, environmental operation of power system. This paper mainly researched comprehensive benefit of different interaction modelsof microgrid and distribution network, firstly, classic interaction ways were studied, index system of comprehensive benefit was determined, then index weight was determined by analytic hierarchy process(AHP), at last, comprehensive benefitof different interaction modelswere analyzed according to fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, which could offer decision-makingfor interaction of micro grid and distribution network. © 2016 SERSC.

Big data technology is applied to excavate internal relevance and variation trends among operating data of power grid and realize bad data cleaning. Mass data of power grid may be considered to be a time series that contains both regularity and randomness. On the basis of big load data sets, time series method is used to analysis the bad data of load curves. Firstly, the auto-regression moving average model is adopted to implement modeling for load data, set error confidence interval for residual error sequences and realize identification and removal of bad data in historical curves. Then the neural network is utilized to amend bad data one point by one point. According to practical computational examples, this method has strong ability to identify single-point bad data and there are few data correcting errors. However, for groups of bad data, combining with several days’ historical trend data is need to identify the bad ones. © Sila Science. All Rights Reserved.

A comprehensive fuzzy evaluation model based on entropy weight method is proposed for insulator flashover pollution, for which, a fuzzy evaluation index system and its comment set are established to represent the insulator flashover conditions. The entropy weight method is applied to determine the weights of evaluation indexes and the combined triangular and semi-trapezoidal membership function is adopted to describe the ambiguity of each index. The steps of evaluation model establishment are emphatically studied and analyzed, including evaluation index selection, hierarchical division and weight determination. A case of 500 kV line insulator flashover is analyzed and the results coincide with the actual conditions, verifying the validity of the proposed method.

In this paper the basic idea is to use fuzzy conversion principle through membership degree theory to qualitative evaluation into quantitative evaluation and consider all relevant factors, from the lowest level of each factor level comprehensive evaluation, followed up until the highest target layer, thus subject to many factors thing or object to make a relatively objective, accurate, realistic assessment. Then solve practical problems with fuzzy nature. It has the result of clear, systematic and strong features can solve vague, difficult to quantify the problem, suitable for solving a variety of non-deterministic problem. © (2014) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.

Based on the virtual instrument design concept and function modulation design method, this paper proposes the design of lightning impulse measurement system on the platform of LabVIEW application procedure, uses digital storage oscilloscope and IPC as the hard system, to realize the function of the control of the oscilloscope, sampling, smoothly handling the wave, commutating parameters of impact wave, etc. The system has the friendly man-machine contact surface, and the function is comprehensive and operated easily. Results indicate that the system worked well, and achieved the anticipated target.

Principle of vernier caliper is a reference of the working principle of high voltage cable head positioner for scribing and cutting (HVCHPSC), considering the HVCHPSC is suitable for 35kV and below grade high voltage cable termination, the desired measurement range and position is 0-600mm and the measurement accuracy is 0.1mm of HVCHPSC are determined. According to the characteristics of production and installation process during 35kV and lower grade high voltage cable termination, identified the desired number of vernier on HVCHPSC is six, the required measuring span is 20mm. Designed and produced HVCHPSC, mainly constructed of a set of main scale and six sets of deputy ruler, each of which have a snap ring structure match with high voltage cable. Tests proved that the tool is easy to use, precise in positioning, well in performance. © (2014) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.

Based on the veracity, cost, and reliability problems of the on-line monitoring device for the transmission line safety evaluation, a novel method of the line ontology structure safety evaluation is proposed, which works by checking the operating stress of the components and their actual strength. By applying reductionism and inversion theories, a multimode line mechanical model is developed under complex conditions, and the calculating formula of the stress for the corresponding components is derived. By taking the influencing factors of long-term operation and the uncertainty of the experts' knowledge of the evaluations into consideration, a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is built. On the basis of the J2EE struts-spring-hibernate (SSH) three-tier architecture, the corresponding software system is designed and realized. Examples are given to prove the validity and reliability of the system. The results provide the scientific decision basis to the power-grid for safety measures and pre-control.
