When the IIC devices are used in a protective device, in some conditions, the protective device cannot work correctly. In this paper, the protective device with RTC and EEPROM devices based on IIC bus is taken as the example. The analysis is promoted from the IIC bus specification and the cooperation of software and hardware of the protective device. Through research, the reason for the device error is found. The IIC bus lockup of the RTC caused the setting device cannot be accessed and thus caused the protective device error. At last, two solutions are put forward. The first solution is to make the master device output several SCK pulses, so as to complete the read operation cycle of the slave device and release the IIC bus. The second solution is to adopt the devices with IIC bus lockup protection. Source

The information processing theory of cognitive learning is an extremely popular theory in the West modern learning theory, which study the human cognition and learning process with help of the information processing perspective, by comparing the human cognitive process and learning process with the functionality demonstrated by the computer program, so a good answer to what is to learn and how to study can be get. Based on cognitive learning theory, a cognitive-based multimedia CAI courseware design method is presented, and the multimedia CAI courseware for "the course of control series" in line with this model is developed in this paper. As a kind of tool used to descript the virtual objects and scenes, VRML can create a dynamic virtual teaching objects, in which learners can interact with objects in the scene to accomplish the real-time teaching. In light of the technical realization of the virtual courseware in distance learning, combined with the practical application of network technology, some of the techniques and methods about the dynamic three-dimensional virtual environment are described, the implementation of these descriptions is based on the creation of a virtual learning environment, which uses the virtual reality to simulate the traditional teaching mode to create a perceptual and interactive distance education system. © 2010 IEEE. For the problem that the power supply of temperature measuring device in medium voltage circuit breaker is not reliable, the article puts forward the idea of using wireless power supply, compares the technical solutions of various wireless power supply, chooses suitable wireless power supply technology solutions, and sets up a test platform for the wireless temperature measuring device. The design of traveling-wave-based fault locating card is proposed for high voltage lines, which is added on the microcomputer based line protection or fault recorder. With the concept of highly independent operation, it has own functional circuits: CPU, high speed data acquisition, high precision clock, digital inputs, digital outputs, communication interfaces, voltage converter, etc., and applies an embedded operating system to coordinately dispatch various functional software tasks. A type of microcomputer based line protection is slightly reconstructed and a matched card is developed. The card fetches DC power from the mother board of the protection and communicates with the HMI unit via the mother board. Its application realizes the integration of fault locating and line protection or fault recording. Source
