Real-time sampling control of A/D converter TLC5510 is realized with EP13T144C8-FPGA device of cyclone, which improved the real-time property of data acquisition for DO. Frequency division of system clock and control of A/D sampling are implemented respectively by VHDL language. High-speed storage and sending of transform data are achieved in combination design of FIFO memory. Simulation results under QuartusII development platform are presented at last. The real-time investigation and control of DO could be realized to raise the water quality of sewage treatment. © 2012 Springer-Verlag.

E-governance is a new model for the government's governance which is to achieve good governance in the Information Age. E-governance is helpful to assist the government through the network and the information technology in order to realize the ideal targets such as transparency, accountability, efficiency, legitimacy and instant response. These five objectives are the basic elements for good governance. The agreement for these two points proves that the E-governance does not impose on the good governance by force, but is a part of good governance. And the Chinese government has been pursuing the goal of good governance. Therefore, the concept of good governance prompts our government to improve and innovate e-governance constantly and finally to create a good governance model. In this paper, we use SHEL model which includes Software, Hardware, Environment, Liveware (S, H, E, L) these four factors to build and innovate our government's e-governance. © 2011 IEEE.

This project implements the reading of audio files, the process of the audio signal and the extraction of the left and right channels signal with the powerful function of digital signal processing in MATLAB. Combining with chip control requirements, the interface of FPGA and WM8731 was designed by Verilog HDL to transfer the audio data to the audio processing chip. Finally, the reliability of the design is verified by simulation and the analysis method of the simulation result in Quartus II is presented.

AT89C51, being the main control chip, controls the auto speed, brake and clutch while the car is traveling under some situations. A long-distance displacement sensor detected the distance between the sensor itself and the obstacles in front of it, and succeeded in auto controlling the speed (brake and clutch) according to its traveling condition (including speed, maximum acceleration-the roughness of the pavement), which ensured autos to travel at the safe speed. © 2012 Springer-Verlag GmbH.

Focusing on the current urban environmental sanitation facilities, this paper analyzes the current status of environmental sanitation facilities. Combining with various objects and life patterns in daily life, it discusses about the wide application of landscape environmental sanitation facilities in real life and particularly studies the landscape property of garbage containers. The advanced technologies are employed in the garbage disposal containers to design the environment-friendly, green and energy-saving new-type landscape environmental sanitation facilities. Moreover, it points out the significance of creating new technology and new concept in the urban landscape facilities, and adopts the innovative idea and new concept to realize the harmonious and wonderful human settlement.
