This paper designs a robust controller to ensure that the control tracking performance of the multiple launcher servo system maintain robustness under the influence of the parameter perturbation and uncertain disturbance. First the system differential dynamic model with parameter perturbation and disturbance is established, state equation of error between the reference model and the system is deduced. Second, robust controller is designed according to the system error, the robust control system is proved to be global stable by Lyapunov theorem. Last, the paper makes simulation, the simulation result of robust controller is compared with that of PID controller, and comparison shows robust controller has better robustness than PID controller for multiple launcher servo system. © 2014 IEEE.

This paper proposes a safeguarded formation control algorithm for a position - velocity safeguarded formation control system using multi-agent theory. In our study, based on artificial potential approach, we present a distributed safeguarded formation control algorithm. It is guaranteed that the system asymptotically converges to the pre-specified safeguarded formation on the effect of the control. And it can be proved that during achieving the objective, collisions among the members in the formation are avoided. © 2014 IEEE.

Aimed to the difficult problem of detection information of video advertising from the massive video data, the novelty detection method of the video advertising based on the least squares support vector machine (LS-SVM) algorithm is introduced after analyzing and studying the feature of video advertising. The detection of the abrupt change shot and the gradual change shot in video data is realized by using color histogram algorithm, and the classification of the shot is achieved by using the particle swarm optimization and least squares support vector machine algorithm. The experiments show that the method based on the color histogram algorithm and LS-SVM algorithm has better Precision and recall, and can realize the accuracy detection of the video advertising. © 2015 SERSC.

Rough set theory and grey theory have the same advantage of processing inaccuracy data, so one fusion algorithm based on them is proposed. The attribute reduction algorithm of rough set theory can reduce the decision table of fault diagnosis, and grey theory can predict the fault based on the new reduced decision table. Then it is verified in some aero radio equipment, and the results indicate that the accuracy of fault prediction is quite higher, which provides the foundation to improve the equipment reliability and maintainability. © (2014) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.

A method based on fractional spectral subtraction (FRSS) to detect weak targets in sea clutter is proposed. The method applies FRFT (fractional Fourier transform) to detection cell and reference cell of echo signal respectively, the fractional clutter spectrum resulted from which is then subtracted from the fractional signal-clutter spectrum, to enhance the signal amplitude and restrain the clutter. The experiment using the IPIX measured data shows that the method proposed in this paper has obvious advantages than only applying FRFT to echo in increasing the difference between the FRFT peak values of target and clutter as well as enhancing the SCR. When the SCR is reduced to 10, the method can still detect targets easily. © 2011 IEEE.

In this paper, studying on the trade off standard of missile equipments' supportability, and analyzing the support of combat mission and drill mission. Then EPC based model is built. X ray film is usually used for detecting the crack of the metal in the industry field, but it is inefficient and fallible for men to distinguish the crack from the noise background if the number of the X ray film is so many. In this paper, a very applied method based on the matched filtering is proposed. To realize the method, matched filtering the origin image, and then edge detecting. In order to realize the effect of the method , the crack will be measured and the edge of the crack will be marked with red color. To predict the lifetime based on degradation data analysis has been widely studied. The accuracy of lifetime prediction largely depends on whether the degradation model is appropriate or not. For some products, there is a change point in the degradation process, and the entire degradation process can be divided into two phases by the change point. Motivated by an example of resistors, we studied the difference of several modeling approaches with nonlinear gamma and wiener process. The result indicated that modeling the process after the change point obtained more reasonable estimations in the example. © 2014 Springer-Verlag.

The aerosol transmittance on the transmission route can not be ignored in atmosphere transmittance calculation. The classical mathematic models at present just calculate the vertical transmittance. MODTRAN is a good choice, but it is difficult called in users own project. In this paper, we build a model of the vertical transmittance for aerosol patterns by exponential regression analysis, and calculate aerosol transmittance on slant route by the simple mathematical relationship of vertical transmittance and horizontal transmittance. In this way, the aerosol transmittance on common route can be calculated just by the altitude of detector and slant angle of the route. We suggest the method in this paper can be easily used for the calculation in users project of real-time infrared simulation of missile-borne or airborne detector. According to the experiments, the average residuals of transmittance on slant route is less than 0.0005, while that on horizontal route is less than 0.0003.. © 2015 SPIE.
