Hidrocystomas are rare cystic lesions that form benign tumours of the sweat glands. In this report, a clinical case of multiple apocrine hidrocystomas on both the upper and lower eyelids, and on both the malar regions has been discussed. These lesions are less likely than the eccrine lesions to occur at the periorbital region.

Recurrent abdominal pain is a common symptom which may,at times need invasive procedures for diagnosis.Hereditary angioedema is a rare cause of recurrent abdominal pain.Here we report two members of a family presenting with recurrent abdominal pain and occasional edema of the limbs.A diagnosis of hereditary angioedema was done by doing a quantitative assay of c1 esterase inhibitor.

The pathogenesis of typical endometriosis is a source of controversy. Here the authors report a case of post-hysterectomy ovarian endometriosis which presented as bilateral huge cysts with markedly elevated CA-125 levels.
