In order to promote the core competitive power for telecom operating enterprises to face market fine operation, this article compares the ECTA mode (Extension Case Transmission Mode) and the LCA mode (Loosen Couple Mode), both of which are promoted by WfMC. By comparing these two modes, the suitable situations for these two modes are determined. We also carry out empirical analysis based on the customization mode of mobile phones between China telecom and mobile phone manufacturers and to expound the ascension effect of mechanism based on the agile telecom loose coupling workflow with positive feedback to the telecom enterprises. Finally, on the basis of positive feedback system, the task complexity and information transparency of LCA mode are improved, so that the semantics of public flow mode is kept unchanged and the sub workflow is optimized when modifying the sub workflow. © 2013 by the authors.

In order to promote the core competitive power for telecom operating enterprises to face market fine operation, this article will analyze and compare six kinds of mode of cross-organization workflow in details. Extension case transmission mode (ECTM) and loosen couple mode (LCM) have become the major workflow modes in coordinating commerce application for their better flexibility. By comparing loosely coupled architecture (LCA) mode with extended case transfer architecture (ECTA) mode, we can grasp conditions in which these two modes fit for. Besides, we can keep the semantics of public flow mode and try our best to modernize workflow by improving the poor task complexity, information transparency and operating controllability of LCA mode through positive feedback system and by improving ECTA mode through Petri net system.

The paper investigates a certain group of problems in visual detection and identification of near-identical the-same-class objects. We focus on difficult problems for which: (1) the intra-class visual differences are comparable to inter-class differences, (2) views of the objects are distorted both photometrically and geometrically, and (3) objects are randomly placed in images of unpredictable contents. Since detection of the-same-person faces in complex images is one of such problems, we use it as the case study for the proposed approach. The approach combines a relatively inexpensive technique of near-duplicate fragment detection with a novel co-segmentation algorithm. Thus, the initial pool of matching candidates can be found quickly (however, with limited precision, i.e. many false positives can be detected). It is shown that the subsequent co-segmentation can effectively reject false positives and accurately extract the matching objects from random backgrounds. © 2012 Springer-Verlag.

In this paper, a simple solution-based method has been applied to fabricate metal chalcogenide nanostructures. Abundant Cu2S nanowires on Cu substrates are successfully prepared through the in-situ hydrothermal reaction between sulfur powder and Cu foil. It is observed that the addition of hydrazine and cetyltrimethylammonium bromide plays an important role in the growth of Cu2S nanowires. A rolling-up mechanism of metal chalcogenide film is used to illustrate the growth of these nanostructures. UV-vis spectrum of Cu2S nanowires reveals obvious absorption below the wavelength of 900 nm. The calculated band gap of Cu2S nanowires (1.5 eV) shows obvious blue shift because of the quantum size effect. © 2009 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.

It is difficult for least square method (LS) to deal with the ill-conditioned matrix of nonlinear polynomial model. In the case of the higher order of system, the matrix inversion is very complicated. A new approach based on LS is present which is combined with mirror-injection algorithm in order to obtain polynomial parameters identification of nonlinear system model. The columns of coefficient matrix of the inconsistent equations of nonlinear polynomial model are orthogonalized. The novel method avoids the high-order matrix inversion and ill-conditioned matrix problem. The precision and velocity of identification are improved, while the computation load is low simultaneously. Performance analysis is carried out using MATLAB simulation. The results prove the effectiveness of the proposed approach. © 2015 IEEE.

Uniform hierarchical ZnO nanostructures are synthesized on a large scale based on a solution approach at low temperature. The primary ZnO hexagonal prisms are firstly produced by the reaction of Zn(NO3)2 with hexamethylenetetramine, and then ZnO branches grow on the primary prisms by using ethylenediamine molecules as an evocator. The morphology of the hierarchical nanostructure can be controlled conveniently by adjusting the molar ratio of [EDA]/[Zn2+]. The hierarchical structure provides an effective pathway for carrier transport as well as larger surface area for dye adsorption, when ZnO hierarchical nanostructures serve as photoanode materials, the solar cells show higher conversion efficiency than that of primary ZnO nanowires. © 2009 Elsevier B.V. ZnS/ZnO heteronanostructures were prepared to serve as the photoanode of the dye-sensitized solar cells. Two nanostructures, namely, ZnS/ZnO coaxial nanowires and ZnS/ZnO hierarchical nanowires (ZnS nanoparticles on ZnO nanowires), were successfully synthesized by chemical bath deposition and chemical etching processes, respectively. For both of the nanostructures, the ZnS coating can enhance photocurrent and conversion efficiency compared with the bare ZnO nanowires. We propose that ZnS layers in the two nanostructures take effect in different ways in that the ZnS compact layer in the coaxial structure retards the back transfer of electrons to the dye and electrolyte, while the coarse surface of ZnS nanoparticles in the hierarchical nanowires significantly enhances the adsorption of dye molecules. Hence, the ideal photoanode structure for high power-conversion efficiency should have both the compact shell layer and the high surface roughness. Copyright © 2010 American Chemical Society.

Large-scale uniform ZnO dumbbells and ZnO/ZnS hollow nanocages were successfully synthesized via a facile hydrothermal route combined with subsequent etching treatment. The nanocages were formed through preferential dissolution of the twinned (0001) plane of ZnO dumbbells. Due to their special morphology, the hollow nanocages show better sensing properties to ethanol than ZnO dumbbells. The gain in sensitivity is attributed to both the interface between ZnO and ZnS heterostructure and their hollow architecture that promotes analyte diffusion and increases the available active surface area. © The Author(s) 2010.

Purpose - The purpose of this paper is to raise awareness among manufacturing researchers and practitioners of the potential of Bayesian networks (BNs) to enhance decision making in those parts of the manufacturing domain where uncertainty is a key characteristic. In doing so, the paper describes the development of an intelligent decision support system (DSS) to help operators in Motorola to diagnose and correct faults during the process of product system testing. Design/methodology/approach - The intelligent (DSS) combines BNs and an intelligent user interface to produce multi-media advice for operators. Findings - Surveys show that the system is effective in considerably reducing fault correction times for most operators and most fault types and in helping inexperienced operators to approach the performance levels of experienced operators. Originality/value - Such efficiency improvements are of obvious value in manufacturing. In this particular case, additional benefit was derived when the product testing facility was moved from the UK to China as the system was able to help the new operators to get close to the historical performance level of experienced operators. © 2011 Emerald Group Publishing Limited. Firstly, the technical features and frequency characteristics of IEEE802.11x protocol in wireless local area network (WLAN) are introduced. The functional relationship of path loss and coverage distance in dense urban and suburb is shown in figures. The uplink and downlink radio power budget of current WLAN outdoor coverage is calculated. Secondly, calculation and comparison of WLAN pass loss, link budget and cell coverage radius is done for dense urban and suburb. Thirdly, hot spot area WLAN outdoor coverage signal strength is simulated in dense urban for several situations by using simulation software. The results of simulation validate the accuracy of the calculation for uplink/downlink power budget, path loss in WLAN 2.4GHz band and WLAN cell coverage radius. The cell coverage radius for dense urban and suburb is 300∼500m and 1000∼1200m respectively. Finally, a valuable hot spot area WLAN outdoor coverage deployment suggestion is given: high power WLAN BTS/AP and high gain antenna with 4 sectors deployment will improve the uplink/downlink power budget; enlarge radio coverage in hot spot area. The analysis in this paper is significant for the deployment of wireless digital city. © 2011 Published by Elsevier Ltd.
